Points positifs : L'appartement est calme, il donne dans une petite rue sur une cour. Il est très bien situé près de Notre Dame. Il correspondait à notre attente : propreté, très bon couchage et hôte à notre disposition.

Points positifs : We stayed at this hotel on Tuesday night and had a very pleasant experience. The property is ideally located near Notre-Dame, right in the heart of central Paris, making it easy to enjoy the main attractions and the charm of the neighborhood. The host provides excellent follow-up and is very responsive, which makes the stay even more comfortable and reassuring. We highly recommend this establishment for its great location, the quality of the welcome, and the professionalism of the host. A wonderful place to stay while discovering Paris!

Points positifs : Perfect. Sensational studio flat in a great location in the Quartier Latin/Left Bank. 200 yards from Notre Dame. Great restaurants and bars within steps. Pharmacy, bank, markets all within a five minute walk. Courtyard-side apartment so really quiet, even (less so, but still) on a Saturday night. Bathroom is new and clean with a full-size shower and amazing water-pressure. Everything is spotlessly clean. Great interaction with hosts. Absolutely fantastic. Will stay there again.

Points négatifs : It is an old building (super cool, overall) so the steps up to the flat (only one flight) are narrow and the treads are not wide. If you struggle with stairs (or are over-served), this can be tricky. Mind your head about 1/3 the way up if you’re 6 foot tall or more. Nothing they can do about that and as long as you’re sensible and careful, it’s not a problem. Terrific place.
