Séjour très agréable au coeur de Paris 🌞
Points positifs : Tout .lLappartement était superbe 'lumineux 'neuf et a proximité du métro commerces beau quartier literie moelleuse juste un détail un porte savon dans la douche ne serait pas de trop 😂 Nous le recommandons vivement nous avons passé un excellent séjour mon époux mon fils et moi et espèro'ns y retourner bientôt

Excellent emplacement!
Points positifs : Nous avons grandement apprécié l'emplacement. Près du métro et d'un grand choix de restaurants et pâtisseries. Appartement moderne, très agréable.
Points négatifs : Climatisation manquante.

Super! Recommended!
Points positifs : Is very close to the metro and attractions but is also quiet in the night. You can access to many restaurants bar supermarkets and a lot more.
Points négatifs : Some proper pillows would be nice rather than cushion.

Overall, we were very happy to stay at this property and very likely to get back.
Points positifs : Very close were two pastries shops (with excellent croissants, sandwiches and baguettes) and two metro stops.
Points négatifs : Ventilation of the rooms needs improvement and also one set of key to the property for all residents was not enough for us (needs at least two sets).

Points positifs : El apartamento está muy bien. Es amplio y está bien situado, en un barrio que está a pocas paradas en metro del centro y con comercios para todo lo que necesites. Es un bajo, lo que parece un poco extraño, ya que es una calle sin salida, pero sin más, no es algo que nos haya resultado negativo.
Points négatifs : Uno de los baños presentada un problema con la mampara del baño, estaba descolgada y resultaba muy incómodo entrar y salir de la ducha, Se lo comunicamos al propietario y se ofreció a arreglarlo.

Points positifs : Loved the location, close to metro and some bars and food options. Liked the living space furniture was comfortable but not much of it. Access instructions clear and easy to do.
Points négatifs : Apt had an odor upon entering and one bedroom actually smelt like cat urine. Pillows not normal size but more like throw pillows. Was under the understanding that it was a 2 bdrm 2 bath but actually 2 showers and 1 toilet. Host does not provide extra toilet paper so had to purchase on our own which thought that was odd. Would have preferred 2 keys since 2 couples stayed there. We had 11 o'clock check out but cleaning service came at 10 and we felt rushed to leave as he waited outside the door.

Points positifs : La casa è a 100 metri dalla linea M9 che t porta direttamente alla Tour Eiffel. Appartamento pulito, con tutto l occorrente. Un bagno solo col wc più altri 2 bagni con lavandini e doccia .
