Points positifs : We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in the very heart of Paris, in the Latin Quarter. The location is absolutely perfect — central, easy to reach, and ideal for exploring the city on foot. The apartment itself is charming, original, and full of character. Everything we needed was there, and it felt comfortable and well thought out. A special mention for the flexibility: we were allowed to check in earlier since there were no guests before us, and on the day of check-out we could leave our luggage until the evening, which was incredibly helpful as our flight was very late. The host (and contact person) was truly wonderful — kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Communication was easy and warm, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great apartment with a unique atmosphere, excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Points négatifs : One thing to keep in mind is the narrow and steep spiral staircase leading upstairs. It’s an important detail to consider, especially if you’re traveling with small children or have mobility concerns — for families it could feel uncomfortable. We were staying without children, so for us it was manageable. Another point worth mentioning is cleanliness. The apartment wasn’t dirty, but there were some small details that could be improved — for example, a few tablecloths had visible stains. The main issue for us was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, which was the biggest downside of the stay. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth knowing in advance.
