Points positifs : Très bonne expérience ! L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à l’annonce : propre, bien équipé et confortable. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Le dialogue avec le propriétaire a été simple, clair et agréable. Réactif et disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande sans hésitation.

A great place to stay, close to the metro. Great value.
Points positifs : The location of this property is brilliant. Very good value for money. The host was extremely helpful and was very responsive to messages.

Lovely apartment in great location
Points positifs : Lovely apartment in a great location - only 20 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and Sacre Coer and close to Metro stations. Great cafe over the road too! The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, the bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The host was easy to contact and friendly when we had an issue. The apartment is up a steep staircase in an old building, just to be aware if you have mobility issues. I'm looking forward to our next stay for a holiday instead of work!
Points négatifs : There was a problem with the toilet, which the host was very quick to try and fix with a plumber. It's an old building, with old pipes, which isn't anyone's fault!

Ho soggiornato per oltre una settimana e mi sentivo … a casa! Accogliente e riposante !
Points positifs : Luminosa, pulita , confortevole , ci sono tutte le dotazioni indispensabili per un servizio giorno anche di una settimana come nel mio caso

Super Lage!
Points positifs : Perfekte Lage, sicher, voller Restaurants und alles an Sehenswürdigkeiten binnen max 1 h zu Fuß erreichbar. Klappsofa mit Federkern und gemütlich. Für Familie von 4 etwas eng, aber machbar. Sauber und sehr gute Kommunikation!
Points négatifs : Die Toilette ist von der Dusche getrennt und wirklich wirklich klein, selbst eine kleine Frau kriegt kaum die Tür zu. Auch hört man alles 🙈 jemand der sehr groß ist, müsste die Tür auflassen, als Liebespaar sicherlich ein prima Test, ob man wirklich zusammen gehört 😂🙈

Excellent location, fantastic check in and out.
Points positifs : Very easy key collection and drop off. Apartment is clean, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen and tv. The apartment is in a residential building and area. The area was perfect in Paris, lovely to walk around, close to many supermarkets, metros and sights.
Points négatifs : The apartment needs hooks for coats or a coat rack. The toilet is minuscule but alas, that is Paris! The bathroom itself had no place to hang towels (we were 4 people). The bedroom had no light and only one lamp. More lamps needed.

Mooi ruim appartement in een rustige straat in een levendige wijk.
Points positifs : Mooi appartement op een fijne plek in Parijs. Voldoende ruimte voor twee personen. Het appartement ligt in een steeg bij de Rue Maubeuge en dat is een rustig straatje. Het bed is ruim en de douche is prima. Goede communicatie met de host en een duidelijke instructie om in te checken. Lekkere bakkers, restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand. Metro's en bussen heel dichtbij. Op loopafstand van Gare du Nord. Met 4-en lijkt het me krap en wat onhandig want de kleine wc is in de woonkamer waar een bedbank staat en douche in de slaapkamer. Voor ons, met 2-en, dus helemaal niet storend.
Points négatifs : Een paar kleine puntjes. Het appartement kan nog iets beter aangekleed worden. Bijvoorbeeld een paar bierglazen, eierdopjes en een kleine pan om eieren in te koken. Nachtlampjes bij de bedden zou handig zijn. Nu is er alleen een staande lamp bij de deur. En we hadden het 's nachts net warm genoeg. Een extra deken in de winter is prettig.
