Magnifique appartement - 1BR-4P - Parc Montsouri

Bel appartement. Quelques points à revoir.

Points positifs : Appartement propre et conforme aux photos. Équipements de qualité. Rue calme. Quartier agréable à côté du parc Monsouris.

Points négatifs : Cet appartement donne sur le trottoir où il y a du passage piétons régulier et de la visibilité à l'intérieur. Il me paraît indispensable de mettre un rideau à l'intérieur de la porte d'entrée. De plus, la serrure des volets extérieurs n'est pas en état de fonctionnement. A réparer rapidement. Dernier point, une odeur d'humidité et de non aération est présente dans ce logement haut de gamme. Dommage.

Points positifs : Nous l’avons choisi pour la proximité de lieux où nous avions affaire, c’était parfait pour nous. Adjacent au très beau et agréable Parc Montsouris. Un peu loin du métro mais quand même plusieurs options de transport disponibles à proximité. Très propre et bien équipé, lit confortable, bon rangement dans la chambre. Mais besoin de quelques ajustements.

Points négatifs : Pas vraiment possible d’ouvrir les volets de métal sans être littéralement sur le trottoir. Ça donne un sentiment de sécurité moyen et aucune intimité donc obligatoire de garder fenêtres et volets fermés, c’est pas fameux.

Points positifs : The apartment is exactly how it is shown in the pictures- very beautiful and neat. I stayed here for 5 days with my family and had a great time. Bus stop was just 2 mins walk and train station was 15 mins walk. Accessible and great grocery stores, coffee shops, cafes around the corner. The hosts were kind and easily approachable. Overall great place to stay and enjoy Paris!

Points positifs : Nice and well-equipped appartment. Sofa with a literal mattres. Quiet and safe location. Personless and unproblematic service.

Points négatifs : Lack of windows and location right over the pavement were a small nuisance. Also, the nearest stations were quite a walk from the place.

Loved the place, looking forward to come back.

Points positifs : The property was very comfortable and clean. Amenities in the bathroom and kitchen was very pleasing. Sofa bed was as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom. The size of the property was enough for us (We were two adults and a 15mo baby) Not very close to city center but we managed to get anywhere we wanted with metro. In the neighbourhood supermarkets are close and there is a beautiful park for walking and having a picnic. The property is located in a dead end street. So that it was very quite.

Points négatifs : Although we found and looked up from the manuals, we couldn’t figure out how to use the oven with microwave feature 😅 It was late in the evening, so we decided not to ask the owner. If we had forseen this problem when we first got to the property, probably the owner would have helped. The second thing I should mention is about the safety for babies. We didn’t have any problem but it might be better if the tv is fixed and the cables are hidden.

Beautiful, well located, peacefully located aparrment next to Parc Mountsouris

Points positifs : We took a bit of a chance on this apartment as it had no reviews, but it exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 3, the location just next to the beautiful park and close to a few metros (including the RERB) was perfect for us. The street is at an impasse, so was so quiet at night-you would hardly know that you were in a large city. Both the bed in the bedroom and the pullout bed were comfortable. Plush towels. The apartment was set up well with the pullout bed in the front of the apartment and the bedroom in the back so allowing privacy for your group. The bathroom was spotless and spacious with great pressure from the shower. The entire apartment is clean, new with classy, comfortable furniture. Keyless entry with detailed instructions made for easy access. The host called during our stay to ensure all was well which was appreciated.

Points négatifs : They forgot to give us a blanket for the pullout bed but wasn't a big deal because we had one in our car but for future guests could be a problem. Also some kitchen towels, some sugar for the coffee and dish detergent would be appreciated for future guests. There is no window in the bedroom, it was fine for May but could be hot in August.

Buena experiencia

Points positifs : Lo que más nos gustó fue el confort, el equipamiento, tanto de cocina como de climatización y la decoración del alojamiento Hay numerosos servicios cercanos al alojamiento.

Points négatifs : No nos gustó que la puerta exterior metálica no tiene llave y la puede abrir cualquier persona, dando acceso a la puerta del alojamiento, que es de vidrio, si hubiera ido con mi ordenador o algo valioso, no me hubiera quedado tranquilo dejándolo dentro. Otra cosa es que había una gotera en el baño y los dos primeros días, los cuales llovía, teníamos que limpiar el suelo como podíamos hasta que detectamos la gotera y colocamos una botella vacía para recoger las gotas que iban cayendo. La ubicación no es buena si se quiere visitar el centro de París

Points positifs : Konumu çok güzel. Parc Montsouris'in hemen yanıbaşında. Daire temiz ve kullanışlı. Görevliler ilgili, saygılı, anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı.

Confort y comodidad

Points positifs : El departamento es tan lindo que acompaña la hermosa visita a París. Tiene todo de primera calidad. Tanto la cama como el sofá super cómodos para dormir. La zona muy tranquila. Y de fácil conexión con los puntos de interés.

Points négatifs : Podría mejorar la ventilación. Pero no fue un gran problema. Con seguridad volvería y lo recomendaria.

Espectacular!

Points positifs : El departamento tiene todo lo que te gustaría encontrar. Todo de primer nivel. Todos los detalles superaron mis expectativas. Una zona muy tranquila para descansar y tanto la cama como el sofá cama super cómodos.

Points négatifs : El horno recomiendo usarlo sólo como microondas o para gratinar algo sencillo. No tiene la ventilación correcta y podría ser un problema preparar algo más complejo. Pero lo demás es perfecto.
