Points positifs : Cet appartement est un vrai petit nid douillet, tout a été pensé pour qu'on s'y sente comme chez soi. La décoration est soignée et réalisée avec goût, l'appartement est propre, tout équipé. Très bien situé juste à côté de la bute aux Caillles et en face de la cité florale. À 5 min à pied du rerB et des transports. Pour ce qui est de l'hôte, il est d'une gentillesse rare, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Café, thé, corbeille de fruits à notre arrivée et croissants pour notre départ. Une vraie petite merveille , je recommande grandement 😊

Points négatifs : Rien. Il faut simplement simplifier un peu les arrivées départ et l'accès aux données Wi-Fi mais c'est un détail de début de mise en location. Vraiment c'était super

Points positifs : Perfect location — close to the metro and bus stops. The area is calm and quiet, as it’s not right in the city center. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Definitely recommend!

Ideal accommodation for a family trip to Paris.
Points positifs : Very pleasant stay, the structure is as shown in the photos, it is very well maintained, with attention to details and very clean. The location of the apartment is very good, only a 10-minute walking from the RER B station. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for a family trip. The host was also very good, nice, helpful and punctual.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Paris!
Points positifs : We had an amazing stay at this beautiful flat in Paris! The location was perfect, not too far from major attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame de Paris and the Louvre, transportations and super Markets are a couple minutes around, as well as plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The flat itself was immaculate—very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Our host was also fantastic—very welcoming, quick to respond, and provided great local tips. The check-in process was very smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and toiletries. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. We can’t wait to come back!

Points positifs : I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Paris! The location is unbeatable, close to all the main attractions, yet situated in a peaceful and charming neighborhood. The apartment itself was cozy, well-decorated, and absolutely spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d like to extend a special thank you to the host, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, providing recommendations and assistance whenever I needed. What impressed me the most was when I accidentally left some belongings behind—he promptly arranged for them to be delivered to me, which I greatly appreciated.

Klidné, čisté, barevné ubytování se super majitelem
Points positifs : Vstřícný majitel, který nám byt předal přestože jsme měli na příletu 2 hodiny zpoždění a do bytu jsme dorazili až po jedné ranní. Lokalita perfektní pro pohodlnou dopravu metrem do centra a k památkám. Kuchyň vybavená, majitel nám jako pozornost nechal misku s ovocem, kapsle do kávovaru, čaje… to bylo perfektní protože jsme letěli jen s příručním zavazadlem. Vše bylo čisté, pobyt jsme si moc užili a můžeme vřele doporučit. Byli jsme dva dospělí a dítě 13 let, velikost bytu byla dostačující, spaní na gauči pro dítě ok. Pro rodinu s dvěma dětmi by byl byt asi trochu malý, ale pro 2-3 osoby perfektní. Bude-li možnost se vrátit zase někdy do Paříže, určitě se sem vrátíme.
