Points positifs : La posizione invidiabile a due passi dalla metro e dalla senna, tour Eiffel a 10 minuti a piedi, zona tranquilla, fornita di tutto. La ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in parlava un italiano perfetto è stato un magnifico ben venuto, letti comodi, cuscini comodi, possibilità di farsi un caffè, abbiamo trovato 4 capsule, frigorifero, lavatrice, fornelli elettrici, insomma tutto quanto necessario
Points négatifs : Il bagno era piccolo, e non c'era una vera zona pranzo, le finestre davano sul cortile, non ci hanno consentito di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out, cosa che invece con cortesia finora tutti i gestori hanno sempre concesso, abbiamo dovuto provvedere con un deposito bagagli a pagamento per fortuna in zona. Altra cosa necessario autorizzare blocco sulla carta di 1000 euro per eventuali danni che hanno provveduto a sbloccare circa 10 giorni dopo la nostra partenza

Points positifs : The location is great. Walking distance to a metros and bus station, close to boulangeries, groceries. Really nice location. Property was quiet, and spacious enough for 3 adults.
Points négatifs : Like other reviews, there really wasnt any seating area, nor a dining area especially if you have the sofa bed opened up. When we went end of April, it was really warm and they only had 1 fan in the property. I had to open the bedroom windows throughout the night, I ended up having mosquito bites all over. Also, could be my fault, but FOR RENTERS: YOU HAVE TO SCROLL DOWN ALL THE WAY AT THE BOTTOM FOR MORE INFORMATION. Because I didnt see that, and I didnt know there was a check-in fee, whichever time of day you arrive. The lady that gave me the key was nice, but it wasnt a necessary expense to just be handed the keys to the unit and have a “tour” of the house. There also was a $500 deposit security fee.

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente, a 10 minutos a pie de la torre Eiffel, del rio Sena, a 15 minutos a pie de Inválidos, del museo Rodin, la zona está muy bien servida de restaurantes, supermercados (uno enfrente del edificio) y comercio en general. El apartamento es cómodo, baño pequeño pero super completo, buena presión de agua y buena calefacción. Alcoba muy bien decorada, excelente iluminación, buen closet, cama muy cómoda y de muy buen tamaño para Europa. El apartamento es super tranquilo, silencio absoluto y el conserje del edificio muy amable.
Points négatifs : 1. La cocina es muy pequeña y no hay en el apto una mesa para sentarse a comer, tendrías que utilizar el escritorio. Nosotros, 3 personas, estuvimos muy cómodos pero nunca cocinamos. 2. A la fecha, no sé que ha sucedido con el deposito de seguridad. El apartamento lo entregué hace 4 días y no sé que ha sucedido. Sería bueno que te entregaran un paz y salvo o algo por el estilo, como se hace con los alquileres de carros.

The apartment is located in a great area with everything close by. There are several patisseries, restaurants and grocer
Points positifs : The location was fabulous, the place was very clean and comfortable .
Points négatifs : There was no dinning table and no drier but that was known. We didn’t use the washer because we didn’t know where to dry the clothes. It wasn’t until the last day that we saw a drying rack underneath the bed, but it was too late to do the washing. It would be good if you provide the information in the instructions for others. Thank you!

best location and comfortable apartment in paris
Points positifs : 파리 7구에 위치했지만 위치와 크기에 비해 가격이 저렴하고 넓어서 좋아요! 에펠탑, 루브르외 파리 관광명소로 이동이 간편한 위치에 있고 주위에 식당과 슈퍼가 가까워 아주 좋습니다! 또 파리에 간다면 여기에 머물거에요!
