Points positifs : Spacious apartment fully equipped. Location is perfect, only a short drive from the main station.

Points positifs : Great location, spacious and modern flat with a fully fitted kitchen.

Points négatifs : The shower plate is too slanted resulting in the ba to room being flooded with every shower taken. Also, no windows can be opened although there’s aircon so we didn’t mind much. Big negative is getting only one fob to open the front gate which is now convenient for a flat that fits 6 people.

Great modern apartment, perfect for a family of 4.

Points positifs : Really modern apartment, close to the metro, great air con, and facilities. 2 showers that were really nice and warm and we loved the heated floors and wall in the bathroom! The kitchen has everything we needed with the bonus of a washing machine. Felt really safe in the complex. The area was good with lots of restaurants and cafes. Very nice owner with great communication skills. Would definitely recommend it.

Points positifs : Nice, clean, big and comfortable aparment. Close to metro stations with good connection to all parts of Paris. Spent there few nice days with family (6 people).

A great stay in Paris , host communicated well and instructions on entering the property were very helpful

Points positifs : Great location in a lively area but apartment felt very safe with gated entry

Points négatifs : There was a weird smell in the living room ( smoke? ) and the windows didn’t open but there was aircon.

Points positifs : Nicely furnished, great bathrooms and large bedrooms and lounge

Points négatifs : Was a confusing entry and our code didn’t work but they were very quick to give us a new code when we rung and were very sorry for the inconvenience.

Zeer fijn verblijf in ruim en prettig appartement

Points positifs : Zeer ruim, comfortabel, schoon en modern appartement; prettige communicatie met eigenaar/bemiddelaar. Ik zou er zo weer opnieuw willen verblijven . De accommodatie is ideaal voor 4 tot 6 personen

Points négatifs : In 1 slaapkamer bleef het behoorlijk warm ondanks uitschakelen verwarming. We hebben toen maar de airco aangezet, op 19 december :) Ondanks de uitgebreide instructies was het ietwat lastig om de eerste keer in het appartement te komen. Zo werd de intercom niet beantwoord. Aangezien er veel bewoners in en uitlopen konden we toch voorbij het hek geraken. Neem hier dus even de tijd voor.
