Appartement Cosy - 59 Rue Froidevaux Paris Montparnasse

Très agréable location pour visiter la capitale, mais animée les nuits

Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun. Il est lumineux, dans un environnement calme et reposant la journée, mais également très propre et fonctionnel. Il a une magnifique vue dégagée de Paris. Les couchages et le linge de toilette sont de belle qualité. Des ustensiles de cuisine complémentaires adaptés à la plaque de cuisson seraient les bienvenus. Les commerces de proximité facilitent le quotidien. Merci pour le café, thé et tisane d'accueil ainsi que les biscuits!!!

Points négatifs : Malheureusement, durant notre séjour, des voisins ont fait la fête sur plusieurs nuits.

Un petit havre de paix à Montparnasse

Points positifs : Hôte très cordial et avenant. Appartement spacieux et confortable, idéalement situé. Bien équipé. Literie très confortable. Espace de vie lumineux et bien équipé. Cuisine indépendante.

Points négatifs : La chambre donne directement dans l'espace de vie, sans réelle séparation. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bains.

Points positifs : L'emplacement, l'isolation thermique, les équipements, la vue, la douche, l' ascenseur

Points négatifs : Le bruit du voisin ( son de la télé tres forte) jusque tard dans la nuit.1 soir sur les 2. C'est le seul bémol.

Points positifs : Good location. The apartment at the 5th floor, having a nice city view. Well equipped, comfortable, you have everything, what you need. Even tee coffee small biscuts.

Points négatifs : Noisy neighbours, in the living room the lighting is not very strong, small amount of WC paper.

Points positifs : The apartment is well-equipped, spacious for a studio, and has a great view. The area is very nice as well. The close proximity to Montparnasse cemetery means it's calm and quiet, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants close-by, along with various metro stations within walking distance to take you to other districts.

Points négatifs : The one drawback of the apartment was that it was quite poorly sound-isolated, which means that if your neighbors throw a party, you'll likely lose some sleep. Nevertheless, this is a minor problem, and the host offered to help after hearing about it.

Wonderful place for a couple or single person traveling for work.

Points positifs : The location is great. Walking distance from relevant stations. There is a direct public transport line to the airport at walking distance. The views are amazing. The host is kind. The internet is fast. Lots of food options in the area, even late at night.

Points négatifs : Nothing.
