Points positifs : Appartement idéalement placé pour visiter Paris. Immeuble calme. Quartier animé avec grand choix de restaurants. Assez grand pour 5 personnes mais pas adapté pour manger sur place.

Points négatifs : Les lits sont inconfortables même pour nos enfants. Le linge de lit est également pas adapté. ( couette trop petite..)

Points positifs : Rue très sympa, logement agréable. Proche de la Gare Montparnasse, du métro et de nombreux commerces.

Points négatifs : Pas de clim, dommage c’était pendant la canicule. Un ventilateur avait été installé, ça restait mieux que rien.

Points positifs : Logement très bien situé, suffisamment grand pour 4/5 personnes. Les lits sont confortables et il y a de quoi se faire à manger. Le voisinage est très calme, quasiment aucun bruits la nuit. Boulangeries, restos, épiceries, accès métro très proches. Propreté très acceptable. Draps et serviettes fournis. Pour le prix il ne faut pas rêver, ce n'est pas un hébergement de luxe, mais il y a l'essentiel pour passer un bon séjour.

Points négatifs : Le propriétaire donnent les infos pour l'accès au logement un peu au dernier moment, mais nos rapports ont été très courtois. La couette du lit situé dans la cuisine est un peu petite. Manque certains détails comme un peu de papier WC ( heureusement qu'il y a des commerces à proximité), une vraie table, même petite, pour manger, quelque chose pour étendre le linge, un deuxième jeu de clefs quand ont est à 2 couples pas forcément avec le même programme, bref, des détails !

Points positifs : Tout. Et surtout qu'il y avait à disposition de quoi se désaltérer. Également des produits de soins.

A nice, typical Paris flat at a truly wonderful location.

Points positifs : Communication was very polite and helpful. The apartment is a typical small Paris flat, the equipment quite alright, nothing special. But the street is exceptional (I know Paris quite well and this is a special place). Almost no traffic, bakeries, little shops, very nice fruit and cheese are sold, and the flat is about 3 minutes' walk from two metro stations.

Points négatifs : Don't expect to host dinners to your friends (no dinner table), but this place is anyways best for spending comfortable nights while spending most of the day in the city.

Points positifs : I really liked the location of the apartment — it was quite clean, the beds were good with high-quality mattresses, and there was the possibility to cook something in the kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth, with clear instructions provided before arrival.

Points négatifs : There is no proper dining table.

Great appartment!

Points positifs : We were 4 people and the appartment was very comfortable for all of us. The beds were really nice and the kitchen had everything we could need to cook.

Points négatifs : The only thing I would say is that it was a bit cold (we stayed in winter) specially the bathroom because it has a little ventilation grille near the floor. But otherwise it had heaters in both bedrooms so it wasn't really a problem there.

Points négatifs : No enough cooking pans but can buy from shops if they provide it will be good

Points positifs : La posizione. A 5 Min dalla metropolitana in una strada molto caratteristica ricca di negozi di alimentari e Pasticcerie. In appartamento ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici. Riscaldamento perfettamente modulabile. Il piccolo bagno è sufficiente per una vacanza.

Points négatifs : I cuscini scomodi e la doccia che non scarica bene. Manca un tavolo vero per mangiare.
