Incroyable !excellent rapport qualité /prix. Appartement très confortable et spacieux dans un Quartier très sympa.
Points positifs : L’appartement est super.il était d’une propreté incroyable.Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit, les explications sont très claires .L.appartement était bien chauffé à notre arrivée , ce qui fut très appréciable.Le quartier est génial, j’y ai mes repères car c’est mon quartier d’enfance .
Points négatifs : C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de micro-ondes et il manque des poubelles dans les salles de bain .

un logement plus parfait pour une ville comme Paris.
Points positifs : L'appartement était super, il est grand. Il est très bien équipé. Agréable avec ce jardin côté cour. Petit hall d'entré privatif pour ne pas ouvrir la porte sur la rue directement. Il est très bien situé. Tout est à proximité.
Points négatifs : Nous entendions les voisins du dessus marchés matin et soir. Ne pas pouvoir rentrer avec les chaussures mais voir la technicienne de propreté rentrer avec les siennes. C'est dommage que nous avons été amené à demander à des personnes qui se posaient devant l'entrée de partir à trois reprises.

Good stay at central location but few more items would have made it perfect
Points positifs : Central location, very clean apartment, clear instructions for everything and decent sized bedrooms
Points négatifs : No cupboards/ cabinets, no bins in bathrooms, no sugar-salt-pepper-oil/ butter-cooking spoon/ spatula-pan-chimney in kitchen and no microwave oven

Overall great apartment, great location and great stay. Will be coming again!
Points positifs : The property was lovely! - Easy to find. - The rooms were a good size. We are six in total and the three rooms and three bathrooms of which two were en-suite were sufficient. - The bed was comfy with extra pillows and blankets. I liked that they had left clear instructions on what to do at check in and check out. - the heating in the property was efficient and easy to manage. - the kitchen was fully stocked. - the showers were hot and good pressure. - no noise at night - no stairs
Points négatifs : I did not like - the smell in my bathroom but I feel that may be a standard issue when living in such apartments. - I did not like that there was no bins in any of the kitchen, bathroom or bedrooms and we had to buy our own bin liners.. the host was notified but to no avail.

Just Fab: professional responsive host, amazing location, large lovely space, great value for money.
Points positifs : Croissants et Confitures is a delight! A highly professional experienced and rapidly responsive host, heaps of space (3 bathrooms!!), sparklingly clean, very comfortable and a wonderful location - we are in love with Rue des Martyrs, one block away, which is gastronomic heaven. PERFECT for our family of 5 and such good value for money. The host accommodated us helpfully at the last minute and we were so grateful.
Points négatifs : Croissants et Confitures is wonderful.

Points positifs : Tesisin konumu, bulunduğu cadde, odaların büyüklüğü , evin güvenliği çok iyiydi. Isıtma sistemi çok iyiydi. Teşekkür ederim.
Points négatifs : Salondaki koltuk sayısı yetersizdi. Ayrıca yastıklar ve nevresimler biraz daha yeni olabilir. Wclerde ve banyoda çöp kovası olması iyi olur.

Loud street but you’re in the heart of the Opera neighborhood so bask in this place!
Points positifs : The layout of the apartment is really convenient. The locale was very close to the venue for the event we were attending that weekend and the property was clean, which we really appreciated. We were 8 in total and everyone had plenty of space.
Points négatifs : The plumbing issues that arose immediately upon arrival meant we were down to one shower, from three. That was a huge annoyance. An associate of the owner showed up to address the issues but couldn’t resolve them (we were only there three nights). I’m told the owner resolved the plumbing issues. In that case, I’d highly recommend this place. It’s really convenient.
