Points positifs : appartement très bien situé, très calme car ne donnant pas directement sur la rue des Martyrs qui est très commercantes ce qui est très agréable. propreté parfaite. Un seul bemol: les toilettes sont toutes petites il ne faut donc pas être trop grand ou trop gros.

Très bon séjour.

Points positifs : Très bien situé. Quartier très agréable. Beaucoup de commerce à proximité .Appartement propre, deux douches à disposition c’est un gros plus. Literie Confortable.

Points négatifs : Peut-être faudrait faudra-t-il rajouter un peu de vaisselle, notamment des couverts. Le vent passe au niveau des fenêtres de la chambre.

Spacious and bright loft apartment in fantastic location, highly recommend!

Points positifs : Spacious, bright and clean apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and loft room which helped with our family of five. Amazing location with beautiful boutiques, shops, and restaurants as well as supermarkets. Very helpful and pleasant hosts. Near a lot of metro stops and great for sightseeing to Montrematre and other nearby areas on foot.

Points négatifs : Only minor negative is the small toilet which is separate to the showers but not a real issue.

Points positifs : Great location. Nice annd quiet courtyard setting.

Points négatifs : Needs another sofa or easy chairs - only one for 5 people

Spacious, conveniently located, and with super responsive staff

Points positifs : Excellent location. Close to literally everything - the sites, great restaurants, convenience stores, public transportation. The apartment itself is comfortable with plenty of space. It was more than enough for our party of five.

Points négatifs : Nothing major. Very few complaints

Points positifs : We really enjoyed our stay and although it was hot the AC in the apartment was great. It was very peaceful and quiet so it was was very easy to sleep. It was also well located so there were many bakeries and restaurants around. Breakfast and dinner were really easy to get and tasted great.

Points positifs : The location! It’s central to the main spots in paris. Lots to do and see. The apartment itself was great very spacious with two showers.

Points négatifs : The toilet in the apartment is too close to the door.

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful area

Points positifs : Location was great. Host was really nice. The flat was very clean and had lots of ammenities like dishwasher and tablets, washing machine and tablets, salt, pepper, oil and other things. Was a great apartment. Apartment also had nice big windows and let lots of light in which was nice.

Points négatifs : Nothing.

Points positifs : We stayed as a family of 4. The house is relatively central in Paris. Thanks to this, we had the opportunity to walk almost everywhere. The house had two separate bedrooms and a two-bed section upstairs for the children. It also had 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The kitchen and its equipment and living room were quite sufficient. The accommodation company provides you with very detailed information and directions at all stages. At check-in time, a person greets you, gives you details about the house and hands over the keys. You enter the house with a key through two coded doors.

Points négatifs : The only negative aspect I can criticize was the power cuts, which we thought were due to the electric heaters working due to the very cold weather. You can overcome this by turning off all electric radiators and turning on the air conditioners. However, I definitely recommend it for families with what it offers at an affordable price in the center of Paris.
