Super séjour

Points positifs : L'espace est très bien aménagé, la situation super (quartier et métro tout proche, commerces, restaurants et le grand REX à coté ,calme et sécurité . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié en tant que grands parents accompagnés de nos petits enfants ( 5 et 6 ans) mais idéal aussi pour un couple. D'ailleurs , nous y penseront. Nos avons conseillé d'ailleurs à des amis ou de la famille.

Points positifs : Appartement bien situé et bien équipé. Facilité pour récupérer les clés.

Points négatifs : Rien

Points positifs : Métro à proximité, appartement silencieux et bien équipé. Rue attractive.

Points négatifs : Pas de boulangerie à proximité. Pleurs de bébé la nuit.

The perfect place to stay in Paris.

Points positifs : This place is perfect. The room is beautiful, there was a balcony to overlook the street below. The proximity to the Metro made getting there very easy and the elevator to the room was so helpful. The surroundings had so many stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute train ride to the Eiffel Tower. I couldn't be happier with my stay and all the facilities (kitchen, fridge, iron, microwave, etc) were an added bonus.

Points négatifs : This place is basically perfect - because the location is so good, though you should expect some street noise on weekends as there are bars and theatres right outside.

Points positifs : Location is perfect. Very clean. High ceilings. Safe house.

Points négatifs : Thin walls, next door or upstarts there was a crazy family with dragging kids in to the house at ungodly night hours and little girl was crying so much amd kept us up too!

Amazing location, great apartment!

Points positifs : Great location, especially our amazing Birds Eye view of the PSG champions league celebrations! Apartment was great, exactly what we needed.

Points négatifs : The other slight thing was that we could have done with a little more storage in the apartment.

3 days in Paris

Points positifs : Excellent location, compact but convenient apartment. Good price considering how expensive Paris is

Points positifs : The room was amazing, clean and in a great location near the metro. We also loved the view from our room, every building looks like a work of art!

Points négatifs : The room was not very sound proof, you could hear the neighbours from the room besides. But it was not much of a problem for us.

Points positifs : It is so central. The metro is 2 mins away. There are shops and restaurants on your doorstep. It’s 15 mins walk from Les Halles . Lots of landmarks like Lourve and Notre Dame cathedral are within walking distance . Everything you need in apartment, cooking facilities, dish washer , hair dryer , iron , iron board etc . There’s a small but good lift as well which was good for taking up luggage and shopping. Separate toilet was good too as someone could still use this while another family member was in shower and wash hands in kitchen . The room also has double doors onto a balcony which was great to be part of the hustle and bustle . When closed they are good for blocking street noise out.

Points négatifs : Only 1 towel per person per stay and no hand towel provided . When asked they did swap our towels as we were there for a week . I’d maybe either take extra towel or arrange extra towel before hand ( maybe at a small cost) Bed is a bit hard . We preferred to slept on sofa bed which was very comfortable.

Points positifs : Easy to understand instructions and on the door step of metro line. Lots of cafes near by.

Points négatifs : Luggage drop off. Upon departure we wanted to avail of the luggage drop off. Upon arriving (luggage drop off is a 2 minute walk) we were informed of a €6 fee per bag. This was not previously communicated which was disappointing
