Belle immersion parisienne

Points positifs : Appartement neuf dans un bâtiment typique parisien, propre et facile d’accès. Le quartier est très vivant et proche de beaucoup de lieux culturel a pied.

Points négatifs : Assez bruyant en soirée malgré les fenêtres neuves. L’inconvénient des Grands Boulevards. Mais ça n’a pas gâché nos vacances.

Comfortable budget accommodation in Paris

Points positifs : Small as you would expect. Good enough for 3 people. Great location

Points positifs : Excellent location. Metro outside and 20 mins walk to city centre.

Points négatifs : Bathroom could do with a refurb. Located on a busy road so some noise at night.

Great location and easy to check in and out.

Points positifs : Very good location close to subway and Gare du Nord station. Good restaurants and shopping in the neighbourhood. Easy to check in and out and the information we received ahead was very god. Spacious room.

Good location, near the metro.

Points positifs : Very good description for arrival and getting the keys. Good location, although a bit noisy from the street, but it didn't bother us. The room is a good size for three people, the kitchenette has everything you need.

Points négatifs : The wifi was cut off and finally there was none. The toilet seat is broken.

Points positifs : Very good location, near metro station. There are many shops and supermarkets near the apartment.

Points positifs : It was bigger than expected, we were a family of 4 and it was fine for us, high ceiling, nice view, clean, well equipped, it helped a lot that we were allowed to leave our suitcases after the checkout, excellent area, secure and full of life, excellent transport connection, immediate response to a request i made, sufficient dark at night

Points négatifs : It does not have ac , as most properties in Paris, and although the windows are super soundproof if there is a major noise from the outside e.g . police sirens you will hear it , there is a fan that we used and was sufficient, but if you want to sleep with the windows open you will need earplugs (one cannot have it all though)and if someone needs full darkness he will need a sleep mask as well.
