Top Lage, sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Points positifs : Lage mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm, in der Nähe gab es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es gab Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, sehr viel Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Untensilien wie Salatschleuder, Gewürze, Tiefkühler - einfach TOP! Die Betten fanden wir bequem, Matratzen waren mittelhart, Bettwäsche weich und angenehm. Es gab mehr als ausreichend Handtücher. Viel Stauraum. Das Wohnzimmer war sehr schön, gemütlich, sehr groß. Es gab einen Aufzug. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos.

Points négatifs : Das Bad war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und riech etwas feucht. Das WC befindet sich im Bad. Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen unangenehmen Rauchgeruch aus dem Kamin. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwar Fensterläden an den Fenstern, sie ließen sich aber nur an einem von zwei Fenstern schließen. Da es im Wohnzimmer eine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung gibt, heizt sich das andere Fenster schnell auf. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Fensterläden.

Points positifs : Location, location, location! The apartment is very dated but clean. We figured out how to work appliances with trial and error and Google Translate. Staff were available via text and were responsive. No cleaning during our stay. That was OK by us. Also, the washing machine also has a dryer function! Hooray! We did enjoy our stay here.

Points positifs : Best location in Paris! In the center of everything. Notre Damn a short 10 min train ride, Champs you can walk, museums, restaurants everything. Delish bakeries, a market, stores. I have been to Paris a few times and can honestly say this apartment blew us away with its ease of location. The apartment is so Parisian, comfortable,nice stocked kitchen, nice heat (usually the heaters are set on low so they are cold not this apt), love love loved it. Especially leaning out the window to look at the Eiffel Tower leg all lit up at night. The communication between host and guest was excellent.
