Agréable séjour
Points positifs : L’appartement est idéalement situé facile d’accès , bien ajouré en rez de chaussée et spacieux. La literie est très confortable. Propriétaire réactif et arrangeant.
Points négatifs : Appartement assez propre dans l’ensemble di on regarde pas trop dans les coins … et surtout sous les lits.

Points positifs : Agréablement surprise de la qualité de l’hébergement par rapport au prix. Ultra bien situé, super spacieux, confortable, … je suis même étonnée d’avoir payé si peu ☺️ Seul bémol : la douche/baignoire nécessite un rafraîchissement 😉

très bon emplacement pour visiter Paris.
Points positifs : L’emplacement , la proximité du métro et du RER, la proximité des commerces, le calme, la propreté, la qualité de la literie
Points négatifs : une seule table minuscule (il y en avait deux dans la photo) :impossible pour quatre personnes de manger en même temps. L’absence de couteau si l’on excepte les couteaux à bout rond. L’éclairage très violent de la chambre.

Fabulous Fun Location for Families, would definitely recommend
Points positifs : Thanks Chris! We had a fabulous 48 hours stay in Paris. The location is absolutely brilliant, it is so close to the Eiffel Tower (4 minutes walk) and as we only had a short stay we wanted to be close the Eiffel Tower. I was worried about safety being straight off the street but it was quiet, the street was in a super safe area and we felt so safe and comfortable here so would definitely recommend to families. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, and there are at least supermarkets nearby if you needed supplies. (some more info on the area: The closer you are to the Eiffel Tower, the more expensive food is so I would recommend walking 2-3 blocks back to find nicer and more affordable restaurants. It is also right next to a gluten free restaurant which was great for the coeliacs in my family, and although the food was fantastic it was very expensive, you can also find GF bread in the supermarkets.)
Points négatifs : Overall it was what I had hoped for, Paris is expensive and you pay for what you get so gratefully it met expectations. As some others have said, somewhere to eat, a small table would be nice, but we made do. Otherwise, access was tricky and instructions could be clearer but when we had issues, Chris was super responsive and we sorted it all out. We were also lucky to get an earlier check in so were very grateful for that with two tired kids.

good location and worth the price
Points positifs : the location is perfect! it´s 5min walk to the eiffel tower and it´s near from metro, hotel invalides, restaurant and supermarket. at first we had a hard time to get in the main building because we´ve read the message here in booking.com for the code of the door. the flat is on the ground floor. it was a store or a boutique before and renovated to be a flat. the flat has a long hallway going to the bedroom and the 4th person will be sleeping on the sofa bed. the shower is in the basement. the kitchen is ok, clean and functional. it´s worth the price to stay here. we had a good time in paris and thanks to this flat.
Points négatifs : there´s no dining table, but if you want to eat with a table, you have to assemble it.

Points positifs : I had a wonderful experience at Eiffel Sakura Accommodation! The location is unbeatable—right next to the Eiffel Tower and in the heart of the CBD, making it easy to explore the city. It’s also surrounded by great restaurants and some of the best photo spots in Paris, perfect for capturing unforgettable memories. The accommodation itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations. Whether you're visiting for sightseeing, dining, or just soaking in the beauty of Paris, this is the perfect place to stay.

Wonderful and exceeded our expectations!
Points positifs : We were blown away with our luck with this booking! The apartment was a good set up for our family of 5 but the real seller is it's location! Steps from the Eiffel Tower and easily walkable for most major attractions. Getting access was easy and our Host was very easy to communicate with as needed. They messaged us to apologize that the apartment wasn't as clean as it could be but we didn't notice anything that was unclean. Thank you so much for hosting us and we would happily return wen we visit Paris again!

Apartamento para jóvenes
Points positifs : La ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento amplio y limpio. Muy fácil acceso y comunicación.
Points négatifs : Que las escaleras del baño sean tan pronunciadas, es complicado bajar y subir. De ser posible mover el medio baño a la habitación, porque la gente que duerme en el área de sala comedor, pierde su privacidad.
