Points positifs : The apartment was sufficient for our needs. We were a group of three adults and two children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I highly recommend the rental company. ​Upon arriving in Paris, I received an email saying my original accommodation had been canceled. You can imagine my reaction, especially traveling with two children. Fortunately, this company saved the day. Their service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and communication was fast. We are so grateful to them for saving our holiday. ​The location is great, the beds are very comfortable, and the apartment has everything you need. We highly recommend it!

Points positifs : El piso en general esta bien , esta bien ubicado aunque si un poco lejos de las principales atracciones turisticas , pero esta bien para pasar unos dias por Paris.

Points négatifs : Por decir algo de limpieza andaba un poco justo y es una segunda planta sin ascensor , tampoco tiene aire acondicionado pero nos facilitaron unos ventiladores cosa que se agradece para esta ola de calor que hay Francia.

Points positifs : Abbiamo soggiornato in 8, 4 adulti e 4 bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione (Piazza della Repubblica), a 50 mt dalla linea M9, con le principali attrazioni da visitare a Parigi. Zona tranquilla, pulita e ben sorvegliata dalla polizia. Nessun tipo di situazione pericolosa, ad ogni ora del giorno.

Points négatifs : Non ho trovato particolari problemi, se non qualche piccola cosa da sistemare all’interno dell’appartamento.

Fantastic location in Paris

Points positifs : The location is sooo good. It's not too far of a walk from the metro station and there are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. You can walk to the Seine pretty conveniently. I felt it was pretty safe even if we got home late at night. The apartment was spacious - two bedrooms and a shared space as well with a couch. We fit 3 people comfortably. One bed was bigger than the other, so we put two on that one and one person got their own room. Someone could have slept on the couch too and if someone else was skinny they could have shared the smaller bed.

Points négatifs : The required that we put a credit card down as a deposit, but the link didn't work for me, so we ended up going to the office in person. Thankfully, it was only one block away! The wifi did not work and when we contacted the company about it, they gave us a different wifi login, which also didnt work. When we gave them the update they just didn't respond anymore. We just decided to live off of data, but it was super annoying. The door and the gate are both hard to open so you have to give it a hard push. It looked like there were heaters, but no A/C, so it could get hot in the summer. There is no body soap, shampoo, or conditioner, so pop by the local store to get some (or bring your own). We also could have used more mirrors. There was only one in the whole space in the bathroom for your face. We had no full body view and also when someone was in the bathroom, I had to use the microwave as a mirror.

Points positifs : 원래 예약했던 숙소가 더블 부킹이 되어서, 회사 측에서 숙소를 업그레이드 해주셨습니다. 침실이 4개나 있는 좋은 집이었습니다. 위치나 접근성도 너무 좋고 집 안에 필요한 집기나 방마다 TV가 있는 등 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다.

Points négatifs : 아무래도 파리 시내 특성상 건물에 엘리베이터가 없고 층이 높다보니 짐을 가지고 올라갔다 내려오는게 가장 힘들었습니다. 그래도 그럴 가치가 있을 만큼 숙소의 퀄리티는 정말 좋았습니다.
