Points positifs : L’emplacement central de Paris Tout peut se faire à distance de marche.

Points négatifs : Pas d’air climatisé et il faisait exceptionnellement extrêmement chaud. Plus de 40 degrés c’était même très chaud la nuit donc impossible de réduire la température intérieure la nuit. Inconvénient majeur et plus jamais je ne vais louer un appartement sans climatisation.

Points positifs : The location was fabulous! We loved the decor and feel of the place! It was also really quiet and peaceful ☺️

Points négatifs : The sofa bed was very hard - both as a couch and alternative bed!

Marvellous- we found our Parisian apartment!!

Points positifs : Wonderful apartment design in good Parisian taste with an engaging host meeting our needs upon arrival and checkout.

Points négatifs : No view- we got the courtyard view of a cement wall but that’s ok. The interior made up for a comfortable luxury stay. The two items that could be improved is perhaps the toilet was too small- it was separate to the bathroom. And to enter the bathroom there are 3 steps that someone overweight/obese or with mobility issues will have difficulty accessing. Would improve this. Also there was no cafe espresso capsules and no paper towels in the kitchen. All minor- so we will definitely make this our go to apartment each time we visit Paris.

Stunning area, clean lovely apartment really nice safe area quiet near Louve

Points positifs : The area was fantastic near the Louvre and river and supermarket. It was clean and well appointed. It had an iron and hairdryer, dressing table, plenty of lights and the bed was nice. Good size felt big and was near a supermarket. Would highly recommend there was also a lift as it was up 2 floors.

Points négatifs : The communication was challenging we couldn’t work out how to access the flat and it felt stressful. The host did respond with more details on how to access. Had to search for bedding for the sofa bed on arrival. No view but that’s ok.

Points positifs : Great stay! The location was perfect, super central and convenient. The apartment was surprisingly spacious for Paris, and having an elevator was a big plus. The owner was very helpful and made everything easy. Would definitely recommend.

Points positifs : La ubicación es excelente, hemos estado en familia con un niño de 4 años y la verdad ha sido genial. Tuvimos un pequeño problema que el dueño nos ha resuelto perfectamente, es muy amable y contesta rápido a cualquier pregunta que tengas.

Overall our stay was great!

Points positifs : The location is absolutely amazing. Entry was very easy into the apartment. The living space and bedroom were spacious. The elevator is helpful with suitcases.

Points négatifs : The overhead shower sprayed water wildly and couldn’t be used, but the wand worked fine.

Posizione fantastica...ma i proprietari esistono???

Points positifs : La posizione era fantastica, le persone del posto simpatiche, gentili e disponibili. Da li si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni senza spostarsi tanto e anche a piedi.

Points négatifs : Un letto era comodo mentre il divano letto assolutamente no. Da migliorare la pulizia delle coperte/lenzuola/federe. Abbiamo trovato il portone d'entrata e la reception chiusi...proprietari non pervenuti.

If you are a museum lover, this is the place you want to stay.

Points positifs : Best location to visit the most popular museums (Louvre, Orangerie, and Orsay) There is an elevator so that you don’t have to worry about lifting up your suitcases to the second floor.

Points négatifs : Wish there was a microwave, but was able to use cooktops.
