Points positifs : Excellent séjour dans un appartement idéalement situé et pourtant au calme... Très bien équipé, parfait pour 3 personnes voire 4. Vivement le plaisir d'y revenir. Hyper facile d'accès pour les visites... On se sent accueilli, il y a même du café, de l'huile, sel et poivre...

Points négatifs : Pas beaucoup de vue mais heureusement, de très bons éclairages

Points positifs : La localisation est super, proche du Louvre et du métro, quartier super

Points négatifs : Le canapé lit n'est vraiment pas très confortable, l'appartement est assez bruyant, il manque quelque chose pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain

Cozy apartment in the heart of Paris close to everything - our home away from home

Points positifs : A lovely little apartment in a very well located area, surrounded by galleries and in the heart of the St Germain-des-Pres area of Paris. It was an easy walk to most of the sights we were interested in. The apartment was small but very comfortable, though difficult to house three large suitcases. Modern and very well appointed with all the conveniences we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and lovely renovated bathroom. Overall we loved our little home away from home for 5 nights in Paris. The hosts were also very helpful and quick to respond to any messages and requests.

Points négatifs : Our only issue was that there were three of us staying, me and my two daughters (one adult, one teenager). My daughters took the bedroom and I slept on the sofa bed. With the sofa bed out, there is little room in the living area, and it was hard to fit our three large suitcases (we were travelling for 4 weeks in the middle of winter). Despite the squeeze, there is nothing we would change and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others to stay.

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment

Points positifs : The place is clean and the location is near some supermarkets to buy essentials. You can walk to some tourists attractions.

Points positifs : Small Apartment on the ground floor. Well isolated, no sound from the exterior. We had a long stay, 10 days. The location is perfect, near most interest points. On the first 3 days we did not need to use public transportation. The apartment was fully equiped to make meals and laundry. As i said, we stayed 10 days and we didn't need to bring a full suitcase of clothes, as we washed them at the middle of stay. Everything was clean, even in the drawers and under the bed. The only thing I have to point is that the sofa that converts to a bed, makes a curve bed (the head and feet stays higher than the body). It is ok for a kid, but not so confortable for an adult. So for a couple with or without kids, it is the perfect apartment, value for money.

Points négatifs : Very small apartment, damp in the room, old furniture, cold without a heater

Perfect location and authentic property. Nicely furnished and very well managed.

Points positifs : 10/10 Location & Authenticity Everything you needed was included: Washing Machine/Hairdryer/Iron & Ironing Board, Welcome Snacks & Water. There were more than enough towels.

Points négatifs : The water pressure was a bit too low to wash hair and the apartment could have done with a little bit of a deeper clean.
