Points positifs : Très bel appartement meublé et décoré avec raffinement. Équipement complet et de qualité. Très lumineux, bien insonorisé .L'emplacement est idéal et l'accès aux transports facile. Très bonne option pour un séjour à Paris.

Fantastic spacious apartment well located in Paris.

Points positifs : It was spacious , comfortable and located in a great area. We had excellent communication with Margherita . She was lovely and very helpful.

Lived like a local!

Points positifs : We absolutely loved the location - it was less touristy yet so close to everything with the metro around the corner. The apartment was very large for Paris and so homey. And it was also super cosy and warm which was especially nice as it snowed in Paris the week we were there. Felt like we were living like a local. Groceries, and bakery was literally steps away and wandering around the neighbourhood we found great unique shopping. There is also a french marche we saw set up twice in a week. Very good to get that french local shopping feel. We had an amazing stay....didn't want to leave!!

Points négatifs : Nothing really...it would be handy to have a microwave in the apartment but the oven was just fine to heat up some of our meals.

Points positifs : Spacious comfortable and had everything that you could need!

Points négatifs : Shower drain overflows though it spears it is an overall building problem. Out of control of host. Run the shower slowly and not a problem.

Overall still an excellent appartment close to public transport

Points positifs : Facilties to prepare own snacks were excellent. Good equipement eg. Dishwasher, washing machine , stove. Good layout of the flat

Points négatifs : Double bed mattress starting to sag in the middle The Perspex chair is broken

Points positifs : Charming decor, very well equipped, great location close to Metro.

Points positifs : The property was an Interesting blend of old and new. It had ample space and numerous windows to have a panoramic view. Close to bakeries, food marts, and a farmer’s market twice a week. Good value for Paris.

Points négatifs : Small kitchen with smaller thrash receptacles. Bed too small and not comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but did have its own charm.
