Generally very happy with this cute and comfortable studio. Will definitely stay here again.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic and the little courtyard it's in is adorable and so quiet. The studio itself is well equipped and cozy and clean and quite large for a studio. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and I was able to contact them whenever I had an issue. It feels very safe and very cozy. The bathroom was great and the decorations are nice. The electric blinds make it very cozy and dark so you can sleep in and also feel very secure when you leave the apartment.

Points négatifs : So, there was a glitch at the key pick-up, which is a 5-10 minute walk away. Not super convenient if you have luggage with you--not a huge deal but good to be prepared for a bit of a walk. The code I had been sent didn't work at first so I had to call for a new one. This took about 10 minutes to sort out. The drop-off was super simple and fast. Then the bed was really hard to open--it's a couch that opens into a bed and I could not figure out how to do it for quite a while, and have asked the owner to put instructions for future guests. The bed was quite comfy for one person but I'm not sure how it would be for two.

I had a lovely stay in the apartment. It is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Marais.

Points positifs : Beautiful apartment in the heart of Marais. The apartment is cozy, and is nicely decorated, and has a great bathroom. It was very clean. The kitchen has everything. The courtyard gardens are beautiful. All in all, it was a perfect stay!

Points positifs : Идеальное место, чтобы провести несколько дней в Париже. Всюду можно дойти пешком. Рядом метро, магазины и рестораны. При этом квартира тихая, к тому же есть свой небольшой дворик.

Points positifs : отличная локация , симпатичный интерьер, тихое место для сна, быстро отзывчивый персонал

Points négatifs : процесс получения ключей , далеко с чемоданом надо идти за ключами и потом их туда же сдавать; в комнате грязный ковер, с мелким мусором ( лучше бы его вообще не было); плесень на стенах в туалете

Great location, great host.

Points positifs : The location was fantastic, it is right on a bustling street by the metro and cafes without any of the noise. The team was extremely accommodating to our very late arrival. We had a full kitchen- fridge, induction stovetop, coffee machine, microwave etc.

Points négatifs : The pull out couch is not comfortable for so many nights. It would have been nice to have shelves in the closet to unpack.
