Le Marais comme si on y vivait!
Points positifs : Super séjour! Emplacement idéal, à 2 stations métro de la gare de Lyon, 20m du métro Saint-Paul, au coeur du Marais et proche de nombreux sites. On peut quasiment tout faire à pied. L'appartement est grand, il dispose d'un grand salon sur la rue d'où l'on peut profiter de l'animation (sans le bruit), la chambre donnant sur le côté arrière de la maison est au calme. A notre arrivée nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Christiane qui nous a donné toutes les informations utiles à notre séjour. Elle est au petits soins et très arrangeante.

Pied à terre idéal dans le marais
Points positifs : Espace de l’appartement , élégance typique du paris médiéval, emplacement très agréable au cœur du marais Saint Paul, à 20 m du métro, entouré par toute les merveilles du vieux paris, à 400m de la bastille et de l’opéra, entouré de dizaines de cafés et restaurants. Et la grande amabilité de la propriétaire
Points négatifs : L’éclairage du salon pourrait être plus intime

Le Marais!
Points positifs : L'emplacement est exceptionnel, juste à côté de la station de métro Saint Paul. Depuis la fenêtre, on peut voir toute la journée les gens entrer et sortir du métro. C'est très divertissant. Dans les environs immédiats, on trouve tout ce qui fait le bonheur des gourmets : boulangerie, fromagerie, magasin de fruits et légumes, caviste et bien plus encore. La cuisine est bien équipée, mais nous n'avons cuisiné qu'une seule fois. Grâce à la modération du trafic, c'est très calme le soir et la nuit. Le lit est assez étroit pour deux personnes, mais néanmoins confortable. Chris nous a accueillis chaleureusement et était joignable à tout moment via WhatsApp. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits, le beau temps a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Points positifs : The location was perfect, literally 30 seconds from Saint Paul Metro. The host, Chris was very accommodating with our timings. The property is secure and in a good area.

Points positifs : This is a lovely and truly livid house to stay in Paris - you'll feel like one of the locals! The location is super central, and the syle and comfort of the apartment make it one of the best experiences I've had in renting a home. Best of all, Chris is one of the best host I've encountered - more than giving you tips for restaurants or places to go, she really cares about you. An amazing experience!

Points positifs : perfect gem if you want to stay in the heart of paris. right over rue rivoli at the Marais. 10 meters from st. paul metro entrance. just go down and walk.

Points positifs : Chris was very friendly and helpful. The apt. is right in front of the Metro (makes it easy to access by RER/Metro from the airport), and walking distance to Nôtre Dame, Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville, Centre Pompidou, Palais Royal, etc.
Points négatifs : That I had to leave...

Great location and a very good host
Points positifs : Chris' communication was excellent. Key handover was well organised and low stress. The location was excellent in the Marais and right near the metro. The apartment was a great size with lots of space and a fully functional kitchen (we didn't use it very much due to the abundance of bistros and restaurants within easy walking distance. Despite being in the heart of Le Marais, the bedroom was very quiet and we slept very well. We felt like we were living as locals. We will hope to stay there on our next visit.
