Points positifs : Très bel appartement, excellemment bien placé dans Paris, spacieux, très confortable et très fonctionnel par rapport à la mise à disposition des aménagements proposés. Hôte à disposition et à l'écoute immédiate dans nos échanges de messages. Je vous recommande très fortement et sans hésitation cette prestation, vous ne serez pas déçu !

Incroyable

Points positifs : Nous avons tout apprécié ds ce bel appartement spacieux, décoré avec goût. La chambre est immense, de nombreux rangement sont accessibles, une table et un fer a repasser est à disposition ce qui pt être bien pratique. La literie est très bonne. La température intérieure est réglable et très confortable. La salle de bain est très grande également avec une machine à laver au besoin Mais malgré tt cela je pense que ce que nous avons le plus aimé c est l emplacement de l appartement dans une ruelle très vivante avec bcp d âme. Au premier abord nous étions inquiet face au bruit que la fréquentation aurait pu engendrer. Et bien nôn. Nous entendions bien sûr des gens parler mais ce n est pas gênant. Il y a pas de passage de voiture donc calme le matin Au pieds de notre dame De recommande vivement ce lieu

Points négatifs : Le hall d entrée

A fabulous apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter and near transport

Points positifs : This is a tastefully furnished, spacious and very comfortable apartment located 2 minutes walk from a Metro station and various bus stops - and Notre Dame - in one of the oldest streets in Paris. The building itself is old and the entrance corridor and old wooden stairs to the first floor (behind the street entry door) are dark and rather off-putting. But once inside the apartment you find a bright, clean and very modern space - a big lounge, dining, kitchen area, spacious bedroom and large bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped; the bed and seating areas are comfortable and there is plenty of hanging / storage space for clothes. My stay was in November (adjustable central heating kept the rooms warm) and I kept the windows shut. In summer, with the windows open, I think the apartment would be noisy as the little cobbled stone street below (essentially a pedestrian way) is filled with people visiting the restaurants, shops, bars etc ... and garbage trucks early in the morning.

Points négatifs : More detailed instruction on how to use the washing machine would have made it easier for a non-French speaker.

Fantastic spacious apartment in heart of Paris.

Points positifs : The location was fantastic- so central for walking or catching the Metro. The apartment was nicely furnished, modern and spacious and the sofa bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. A perfect base for exploring Paris. Antoine’s instructions were so easy to follow to access the apartment and were very assuring. Enjoyed seeing street life below our windows and stepping straight out into a ‘foodie’ street.

Points négatifs : Noisy rubbish collection truck one morning, but to be expected in central Paris. The stairs could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues but didn’t bother me.

Points positifs : Modern, clean , specious, nothing to dislike from first glance:)

Points négatifs : Well, we visited during summer time. Was hot and windows was open during the night. And it was like sleeping in movie theatre during action movie was on. Doubly surround effects was impressive. So, we closed windows, but it was almost the same. Not sure, if this is permanent “effect” or temporary. But , be aware

Good stay

Points positifs : Antoine was a great host. Very close to Notre Dame, the Louvre and many cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable bed.

Points négatifs : It was very warm during our stay in June Perhaps fans could be installed or fans provided in the summer heat It is a very noisy street

Points positifs : Enjoyed the proximity of the place to Notre Dame. Very lively area. There was a little cinch about the code for getting the key but it was promptly addressed. Very nice, comfortable, clean apartment.

Muy buen departamento casi frente a Notre Dam, sobre una calle concurrida y comercial.

Points positifs : Amplio y muy bien ubicado. A pocos metros de Notre Dam (se escuchan sus campanas) y de estaciones de.metro y tren. Bien equipado y decorado. Mucha variedad gastronómica y a buen precio.

Points négatifs : Esta en un primer piso de una calle muy ruidosa y al lado de un famoso club de jazz. A pesar de tener buenas aberturas, los sonidos se escuchan y puede dificultar el descanso. Pequeños detalles de mantenimiento (pintura del techo del baño).
