Points positifs : Great location - nearby Metro served by several lines. Charming building overlooking the bustling square (not noisy), with easy access to the fabulous shops, bars and restaurants of Marais.

Points négatifs : A little run down, creaky floorboards - but adds to the charm!

Points positifs : Location was excellent. Apartment had a great view and balcony. It was also close to Metro. Living Room and Bedrooms were spacious.

Points négatifs : It was very pricey.

The perfect apartment in Paris!

Points positifs : The apartment is stunning, all the bedrooms are lovely and it was clean throughout. Such great views from the balcony, and the location is literally perfect, close to the metro and lots of restaurants and shops etc in walking distance. The staff couldn’t be more helpful - they let us leave our bags in the apartment whilst the cleaner was there as we arrived in Paris early, or there was an option to leave our bags at their office. We left our bags at the office on the final day as we had a late flight back and they couldn’t be more accommodating. Communication was great, any emails I sent with queries before our stay were replied to very quickly.

Points positifs : Very nice space with big windows, furnished nicely with a very chic taste. Great location and quite spacious. There’s 2 toilets and 2 showers. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean towels.

Points négatifs : There’s only one set of keys and we have not been provided with code for the entry phone system. Every time someone is out we have to go all the way down to open the door. Quite late check in, we stayed twice in this property and both times cleaning wasn’t finished until 5.30pm, and they don’t inform you in advance that they are still cleaning so when you go to collect the key from the shop the code doesn’t work because the key still with the cleaner.

Points négatifs : Lejligheden virkede lidt slidt. Flere dørhåndtag der var faldt af eller ikke virkede. Pærer/lamper der ikke lyste. Elektronisk brik/nøgle virkede ikke. Toilet der ikke virkede ordentligt

Overall the property worked for us and gave us the room we needed.

Points positifs : Property managers were very accommodating and we were able to get into the property early. Communicating with them was easy and they were responsive. The property size was fantastic! Large spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with washer/dryer, Metro stations close by.

Points négatifs : I didn’t care for the area. It’s right across the street from République Plaza and there was a very loud demonstration there the day we arrived. Nothing the property managers could do about that, but overall it was a very loud area. It was hard to enjoy the balcony because of the noise but also there is one rickety chair and a broken table out there so it wasn’t feasible to sit. WI-FI didn’t work in the back bedrooms or was spotty but was excellent in the other areas. The back of the property (courtyard) leaves a lot to be desired - it is very dirty and littered with trash everywhere. There were a couple of times people were yelling/fighting out there in the middle of the night.

Points négatifs : הדירה היתה מצויינת , היא לא ממש במטרה אלא בקצה שלו אבל שעשר דקות הליכה מגיעים למרכז המטרה
