Une escapade à la capitale.
Points positifs : L''emplacement de l'appartement est top, juste à côté de la place de la République, la sécurisation avec plusieurs portes avant d'entrer dans l'appartement est rassurante et la concierge de l'immeuble est très sympa. L'appartement est parfait pour 6 personnes. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avions déposé nos bagages avec Nannybag dans L'ibis rue Tampon, au top..
Points négatifs : Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'absence d'intimité de la salle de bain/ toilettes( la porte fermait mal et on voyait sur les côtés) Le plafond de la salle de bain était plein de petites bestioles avec des toiles d'araignées. L'appartement pourrait être vraiment super si l'équipement n'était pas détérioré ou absent ( Patères arrachées, casseroles rouillées, couverts insuffisants, grille pain HS, meuble bancal, support papier ws HS, pommeau de douche HS..).

Beautiful apartment feels safe and very comfortable
Points positifs : Beautiful apartment. very clean. The beds were comfortable, lots of towels, nice kitchenette and laundry machine. Host replied very quickly. Good location, 1min. walk to republic metro station. Great climate control. As it is located inside a closed passage, it feels very safe and very quite. Recommended!
Points négatifs : Would edd shelving in the shower. Had some issues with hot water. Oven didnt work, but all other supplies worked well.

Large, clean, and comfortable accomodation suitable for families.
Points positifs : Convenient location close to République metro station. Large accomodation, especially for Paris. Great ameneties including full fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and plenty of towels. Very comfortable stay as a family of four.
Points négatifs : As other have mentioned the bathroom door has large gaps you can see through.

City Apartment Paris
Points positifs : The location is 10/10 the metro is 2 mins walk from the Apartment and many restaurants and grocerie stores around. The surroundings is also quiet and clean, quite private too. It is close to Gare de L'est if you come by train only 15mins walk. So it is very easy to go around from Paris to another city like Strasbourg. The Apartment itself is very comfortable, clean and enough for 6 people. The facilities are also okay for small cooking and using the kitchen.
Points négatifs : The bedroom door and the bathroom door are not closing, we also cannot lock them at all.. so if you are going with groups, you have to considerate if somebody is using the toilette and the other should not simply open the door.

Points positifs : Lage ist fantastisch! Zugang zu verschiedensten Metrolinien. Preis vergleichsweise sehr günstig.
Points négatifs : Zugang zum Haus etwas kompliziert (insgesamt 4 Pincodes!) Keine Bezüge für Bettdecken. Warmwasser reicht für maximal zwei bis drei Personen, danach wird es kalt.

Tutto molto bello e basterebbe poco per essere perfetto.
Points positifs : Siamo stati in questa struttura per 4 giorni. La posizione è eccellente poiché vicino si ha supermercato molto fornito,stazione metro con più linee della linea M, ristoranti e boulangerie. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un cortile molto bello e tranquillo.ci ritornerei volentieri
Points négatifs : Pulizia lascia a desiderare. Abbiamo trovato un unghia su un cuscino e ragnatele soprattutto nel bagno. La Porta del bagno andrebbe sostituita con una che si chiude meglio poiché se non siete veramente con persone intime diventa tutto complicato poiché la porta del bagno presenta una fessura e il bagno si trova nella cucina.

Overall good value for the price
Points positifs : The location was perfect and in a very calm and quiet area. The bedding was very comfortable. We really appreciated having the AC on the first day as it was really hot
Points négatifs : Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was really low and drainage wasn’t always great.
