Beautiful apartment, great location.
Points positifs : A beautiful and spacious apartment in a great neighborhood in Paris. It's not at the busiest most-touristic area but we still loved the location. In a quiet street, a few minutes walk from a great bakery, several cafes and restaurants, grocery stores. Very close to Rodin museum, parliament house, Les Invalides and more attractions. The apartment is in an old house, it's beautiful and had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, large rooms, comfortable beds. There's no air conditioning and we arrived at a heat wave, Theresa was kind enough to buy and bring us fans for the apartment. We loved the welcoming basket - orange juice, wine, cookies. There're soaps for the dishes, laundry, washing machine and everything, toilet paper, shampoo etc. so really you don't have to bring anything.
Points négatifs : Since it's an old building there is no elevator (need to go up one floor), no air conditioning, and the wood floors are very squeaky. Welcome tour is a little too long.. The hostess Theresa was helpful and kind, and you see that she cares so much about the apartment so she walked us through every small detail which was a little tiring after a long flight.

Points positifs : Hatalmas tágas terek, gyönyörű és esztétikus berendezés, nagy és kényelmes közös tér.
Points négatifs : Légkondi hiányában estére kinyitottuk az ablakot és meglepően zajos volt az utca némelyik este. A szállást illetően nem tudok semmi negatívumot említeni.

Mooi appartement dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden
Points positifs : Mooi appartement voorzien van alle gemakken, comfortabele bedden, 3 toiletten en 2 badkamers. Goede persoonlijke ontvangst door mevrouw Pardo en mevrouw Bensimon inclusief rondleiding met uitgebreide uitleg. Metrostation Varenne op een paar minuten lopen en dichtbij Dome des Invalides, Rodin museum, Eiffeltoren en Seine. Wij hebben met 2 gezinnen heerlijk genoten van onze tijd in Parijs. Het appartement is echt een aanrader.
Points négatifs : Binnenplaats was opgebroken dus het uitzicht was minder mooi dan verwacht.

Points positifs : Очень замечательное расположение апартаментов, рядом есть булочная, магазинчики, ресторанчики. Так же апартаменты очень стильные и очень удобные кровати, что важно; с удовольствием вернемся туда еще

Beautiful, comfortable, great location! I highly recommend!
Points positifs : The owner was very friendly and communicative. She gave us a tour of the home and clearly explained how everything worked. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and really comfortable. The location was excellent. It was a very safe neighborhood and it was easy to walk or get an uber to most places. The metro was also close by. There was a delicious bakery and an Italian restaurant less than block away - both were outstanding! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Paris!
Points négatifs : This apartment met all of our needs. There wasn't anything we didn't like.
