Points positifs : L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Paris, à proximité d'un commerce alimentaire et des restaurants. Et bien sûr le metro à quelques pas.

Points négatifs : RAS.

Charmant apparemment confortable à Bastille.

Points positifs : Très mignon appartement sous les toits joliment décoré et au mobilier vintage. Au calme. Bien équipé et propre.

Points positifs : The location is exceptional its in a nice area and you have everything u need around you. the owners are very helpful and the apartment is clean and nicely decorated.

Great place to stay

Points positifs : A few fans are needed in every room for warm weather. Also a few wine glasses would be nice in the flat. Very nice holiday thank you.

A charming launch pad to explore Paris from

Points positifs : It was a cozy and comfortable space, large enough for 5 to use as a launch pad in Paris. If you are a family or group of 5 or more and plan to spend a fair amount of time in the apartment, you may find the common space a little tight. The apartment is a unique space with a few imperfections that are just part of its wonderful charm. The unit was clean and stocked with espresso pods, fresh linens, small welcome toiletry packages, a fresh dishwashing kit and dishwasher pods. The neighbourhood is lively, it’s central to many tourists hotspots, is very walkable, has a grocery store steps away, and the metro is right near your doorstep. We also were happily surprised to find it had a washer/dryer. Be aware that it is on the top floor and has no elevator. Not a problem, just something to know.

Points négatifs : As part of the check-in process we were asked to provide a deposit. We contacted Booking who said we should not provide it and they then reached out to the host on our behalf. There was no initial response for 48 hours but, as per Bookings advice, we ignored the deposit request and it wasn’t an issue. I suspect it is just part of the process for when you book with them directly and it hasn’t been removed for those booking from an outside site. Instructions for leaving the building could be clarified. The button to unlock the building door is labelled with a bell. We left very early our first morning and couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door and were hesitant to press it incase it was a doorbell or alarm. Best not to have to figure that kind of stuff out in an emergency.

Points positifs : Flot og dejlig lejlighed, der ser præcis ud som på billederne. Det er småt, en der er de faciliteter der skulle være. Lille badeværelse men det havde det man skulle bruge. Køkkenet var rigtig hyggeligt. Lejligheden ligger i et dejligt kvarter og område med nem adgang til transport.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement sehr genossen.

Points positifs : Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Points négatifs : Eine Beschreibung welches Treppenhaus im Hof das Richtige ist, wäre gut. Ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten wären mittlerweile angebracht, v.a. in der Dusche. Die Dachfenster im Schlafbereich unterm Dach bleiben nicht offen (Halterung fehlt) und die Rollos/Markisen vor diesen Dachfenstern lassen sich nicht schließen (Halterung fehlt). Deshalb kann dieser Schlafbereich nicht gelüftet und nicht verdunkelt werden.

Points positifs : Bellissimo appartamento, molto parisien, letto king in mansarda, camera da letto confortevole e salotto cool.

Points négatifs : Niente
