Très bon séjour en famille dans un logement bien situé.
Points positifs : Très bon emplacement central à Paris. Immeuble très joli, petite cour intérieure dans l’entrée de l’immeuble fleurie, accueillante. Appartement bien décoré, propre et confortable. Le propriétaire répond rapidement et de façon très sympathique en cas de besoin.
Points négatifs : Petit bémol sur l’humidité de l’appartement et le son du métro tout proche. Un peu d’équipement supplémentaire dans la cuisine et les notices des appareils seraient un plus!

Points positifs : Great location. Lots of restaurants, and cafes and also grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. Just a 2 minute walk to the République metro stop from which all of Paris is a short ride away.

Points positifs : hosts were very responsive. we had an issue with the stay and they resonded immediately, being very helpful. The apartment is on ground floor, facing a charming internal courtyard, nice place to sit and have a drink. very close to Republique, which is super central
Points négatifs : Could get another touch of design and furnishing, bedroom feels a bit too basic.

UNA BUENA ELECCIÓN
Points positifs : Apartamento muy correcto y cómodo para 4 personas. Muchas opciones alrededor tanto para comer fuera o también supermercados y comidas para llevar. Zona muy bien comunicada (junto al metro). Repetiría en otra ocasión.
Points négatifs : Se trata de una planta baja con poca luz natural, pero para pasar unos pocos días no ha sido importante.

Một kì nghỉ thoải mái~
Points positifs : Căn hộ rất đầy đủ tiện nghi, không gian rộng rãi, nội thất xinh xắn ấm cúng lắm. Có đầy đủ đồ bếp, muối, máy giặt với bột giặt, khăn tắm, đồ dùng vệ sinh. Vị trí thì không quá gần các điểm du lịch (với việc đi bộ) nhưng mà gần các ga metro nên cũng dễ di chuyển. Căn hộ ở ngay mặt đất nên không cần quá lo dù có nhiều hành lí nặng. Căn hộ là kiểu 2 phòng ngủ với 2 giường đôi, TV còn có cả youtube. Ngày nhà mình đến, host đã hướng dẫn chi tiết cách vào căn hộ nên cũng rất thuận tiện dễ dàng, với mình đây là một nơi rất thoải mái để ở trong chuyến đi này.
Points négatifs : Nhà tắm không có gương nên hơi bất tiện xíu, tuy có một cái gương trong phòng ngủ nhưng khá nhỏ với cao. Với những ai đến trước giờ check in thì hãy cân nhắc nếu có hành lí nặng, vì bạn sẽ được hướng dẫn gửi đồ (miễn phí) ở một nơi khác khá xa cho việc đi bộ, và bạn cũng phải tự bê hành lí xuống tầng hầm của căn nhà qua chiếc cầu thang nhỏ nữa. Còn nếu bạn đến qua giờ check in thì mình thực sự rất recommend nơi này!!

Un soggiorno confortevole e tranquillo in un curato bilocale
Points positifs : La posizione era comodissima, centrale e vicino ai mezzi. C'era anche un supermercato super fornito nelle vicinanze e una pasticceria che era perfetta per la colazione. La casa era piccola ma ben arredata, molto confortevole, pulita e con tutti i servizi necessari, nota di merito al fono che era buono e ben funzionante, essenziale se avete i capelli lunghi! Il cortile antistante è carinissimo e ti fa sentire molta pace e tranquillità, dandoti un piccolo spazio di privacy. I proprietari sono sempre stati molto gentili e disponibili, rispondendo prontamente ai messaggi, veramente degli ottimi padroni di casa!
Points négatifs : Purtroppo il bagno è cieco e questo fa creare al suo interno tantissima umidità, non era in brutte condizioni ma si vede che ha un costante bisogno di manutenzione, raccomando agli inquilini di lasciarlo aregiare bene. Quando siamo arrivate abbiamo trovato solo 3 capsule del caffè, avremmo apprezzato averne qualcuna in più perchè non sapevamo dove comprarne altre che fossero compatibili con la macchinetta. La metropolitana si sente molto, soprattutto durante la notte, ma niente che dei tappi per le orecchie non possano sistemare.

Weekend w Paryżu super. Polecam Joli 2. Mam nadzieję, że wrócę do Paryża i zatrzymam się w tym samym
Points positifs : Super lokalizacja. Apartament niewielki i trochę brak światła dziennego ale wyposażenie i komfort przewyższał.
Points négatifs : Niestety słychać metro.

Für einen Kurztripp nach Paris durch die zentrale Lage unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Points positifs : Zentrale Lage. Metro Station Republice schnell erreichbar.Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist gut . Man hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Empfehlenswert für einen Städte Tripp nach Paris.
Points négatifs : Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung erhalten, besonders die Tür.
