Points positifs : Nous avons vraiment tout aimé. Propre, confortable, l'appartement a tout pour être pratique. Très bien situé, vous pouvez sortir le matin, il y a de nombreux cafés où vous pouvez boire du café et manger un croissant. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, merci beaucoup !

Good for a short-time vacation with family,

Points positifs : The location was absolutely amazing, the apartment was small however comfortable, a lot of cafes/restaraunts (mostly asian food) and a supermarket very close to the apartment. Amazing shower, you can regulate the temperature very easily, everything we needed was waiting for us already.

Points négatifs : To get to the bathroom you'd need to go down some stairs, those are very narrow and we almost fell off those a few times, therefore not a very good option for overweight people/elderly. Beds were a little No shampoo. Also, there are trash bins right next to the windows of our apartment tha are being used by a sushi restaraunt, so there was a little bit of a smell.

Great location, clean and super helpful owner.

Points positifs : The location was great and quiet even though on a busy foodie street as it is set back. Felt very safe. The restaurants are lovely and the little square around the corner as Parisian as you could want. 20 min walk to Latin quarter and Notre Dame. Owner super helpful. Comfy beds and very clean. Modern and well kitted out.

Points négatifs : If stairs are a problem then getting up and down the spiral staircase to the bathroom could be problematic, and as the bathroom is essentially in the basement, it smells a bit musty when you first go in. Not a game changer though by any means.

They allowed us to keep our bags there later on our day of departure.So helpful!

Points positifs : It’s not a three star hotel but more a small comfy home a perfect place for my two teenage girls to explore a safe and stunning part of Paris.With plenty of food stores and restaurants .We really enjoyed our visit.

Bardzo udany pobyt

Points positifs : Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklepy, restauracje. Do metra 5 minut spacerem. Przyjemne mieszkanie, dobrze zaopatrzone, duży plus za pyszną kawę z ekspresu.

Points négatifs : Nic

Apartament tranquil, net , amb bona connexió metro / bus -ben situat i restaurants i botigues molt aprop.

Points positifs : Persona de contacte ens a proporcionat molta informació del apartament i botigues de compra properes

Points négatifs : Faltava algun electrodomèstic com ara una torradora de pa, però en general molt correcte.

Points positifs : Хорошие условия и местоположение квартиры,тихо и уютно.
