Points négatifs : Pas de sac poubelle, pas de torchon, pas de gel douche

Points positifs : Les dimensions, 2 chambres, parfait pour 4 personnes. On est comme à la maison. Le calme.

Points positifs : Particulièrement bien situé, immeuble en fond de cour à deux pas de la gare Montparnasse et des transports. Quartier top. Appartement spacieux et lumineux, fonctionnel. Hôte efficace et disponible. Je recommande !

All round the excellent accommodation

Points positifs : The apartment was great and enough space for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed. Location was excellent near to Gare Montparnasse but we found it easy to walk to all the main attractions. The apartment was also very quiet and on the 5th floor but if you didn’t want to use the stairs there was a lift. Owner was good communicator and also let us check in a bit earlier. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Super fast internet which was great as we had to do a bit of work

Points négatifs : Only negative comment was the apartment smelt like someone had been smoking inside. We were unsure if it was coming from outside but you could smell the smoke on the entry to the apartment and even on the towels. But we left the windows open a lot which helped

Cosy apartment in a convenient part of Paris

Points positifs : Cosy apartment. Close to the metro and train station.

It was a high-quality, relaxing stay.

Points positifs : The localisation was incredible - the metro and train station right by the corner, plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés within a very short walking distance. While close to the main street, the flat was peaceful. Regarding the accommodation, everything was top-notch, clean and the design was aesthetically pleasing and cosy as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to navigate, the bedrooms comfortable and functional.

Points positifs : Big apartment with two bedrooms. No smells inside , elevator, electrical heating, very close to the metro. Very friendly and supportive landlord.

Points négatifs : The cleaning fee was not included in the the booking price.
