Brand New Apartment - Rue Cler Paris

Points positifs : Séjour à Paris formidable dans cet appartement neuf, calme, très bien équipé et décoré, idéalement placé rue Cler, quartier que nous adorons.

Super clean, functional and in a great location

Points positifs : Very clean, functional and less than 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Many restaurants, street markets and shops in the area. The apartment is small, the bed is a double so on a small side but everything works perfectly. We had everything we could ever need. A self check-in and checkout was appreciated. Very good communication. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Superb location

Points positifs : It was a very clean and cozy apartment. All the needed commodities and appliances were there. We could make our own breakfast. The location was superb - close to the Eiffel tower and various very good restaurants.

Points positifs : It is located in a safe and nice area for strolling with several schools and close to the main tourist attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities that one would experience living in Paris!

Amazing apartment and kind hosts

Points positifs : The apartment is really nice and cozy, exactly how it looks in the photos. The location is amazing, super close to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides. They offered everything we needed, even coffee. The hosts were kind and helpful. You can tell that they renovated the apartment recently, so everything feels so new and cute. We really enjoyed our time there.

Points positifs : L’apartament està perfectament situat molt a prop de la Torre Eifel. Està perfectament net i té tots els utensilis necessaris de cuina. El carrer és encantador amb molts establiments per comprar fruita, menjar preparat i croissants i altres productes frescos.

This was a nice apartment for a 3-night vacation in Paris. It is nice inside the apartment although the building itself

Points positifs : I liked the new condition of the inside of the apartment and furnishings. The bathroom and kitchen were nice. It was also within close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Check in was easy and contactless.

Points négatifs : The building was slightly difficult to find, and it was a bit uncomfortable taking luggage up two flights of stairs. The bed was a bit firm, but we slept well overall. It seemed a bit expensive for the accommodations, but not as bad as some hotels in the area.

Points positifs : Das Apartment liegt wunderbar fußläufig zu netten Lokalen, Supermärkten, Metro/Bus und Eiffelturm. Die Gegend ist sehr sympathisch und ruhig. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und total sympathisch :) sehr netter Support durch den Host!

Points négatifs : Als MiniminiminiManko empfinde ich das Bett, das als Schrankbett einerseits eine sehr gute Lösung zur optimierten Platznutzung ist, andererseits muss man sich so entscheiden ob man die Couch oder das Bett nutzen möchte- beides gleichzeitig ist nicht möglich
