Points positifs : Appartement vaste, meublé avec goût et très confortable. Très silencieux et reposant. Situé au second étage, il est accessible par ascenceur. Près de nombreux transports en commun donc très pratique pour visiter Paris.

It’s a great and spacious apartment close to the metro station in great location

Points positifs : The apartment was very spacious and very clean in a great location. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and big enough for two. The location was great, close to the metro station and bus stops as well. It was very quiet and we would not hear any traffic or people outside (or neighbours).

Points négatifs : The WiFi was not the fastest (it barely worked in the bedroom) and the TV was older but we did not travel to Paris for WiFi and TV so no issues there.

Points positifs : Super comfortable and spacious. Great books, kitchen fully equipped, we didn’t miss anything, suited us perfectly.

Points positifs : Apartamento amplio y cómodo, con grandes ventanales a la calle. Cocina totalmente equipada con completísimo menaje y algunos productos como aceite, sal, azúcar...Productos de limpieza de todo tipo. Se nota que la dueña es una persona limpia y cuidadosa. La ubicación es fantástica: junto a la estación de Montparnasse con conexión a RER y varias líneas de metro, taxis en la misma acera del apartamento, supermercado muy cerca y muchos restaurantes, pero no hay ruido por la noche.

Points négatifs : Cama algo incómoda para mí, la almohada demasiado estrecha y dura. El sofá cama, bien.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment!

Points positifs : My niece and I stayed here for six nights. We were happy with everything in this sweet apartment. Excellent amount of space and with very lovely decorating. We found everything to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. Safe, secure building. Even with temperatures in the mid 80’s, we never felt the need to open windows. Very good location right across from the Gare Montparnasse and Metro Montparnasse, which will get you to any part of Paris quite easily. Helene, our host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I recommend this property without hesitation.

A perfect stay!

Points positifs : The apartment is in the lively Montparnasse area -- filled with cafes, theaters, etc. Close to Metro stations, bus lines, and the train station -- very handy. The apartment itself is so spacious and filled with light. A real home away from home.

Points positifs : Helene is a great host. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and close to public transporation.. Easy to collect keys.

Points négatifs : No grab bar for getting in and out of shower.

Points positifs : La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, en el apartamento no falta detalle, está amueblado con un gusto impecable y su anfitriona es atenta y muy amable.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Can’t recommend it highly enough, especially to families.

Points positifs : A truly massive Parisian apartment set in the middle of almost all the most popular sights. Beautifully decorated, it immediately felt like home. Our hostess was also a treasure as she made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was turn key.

Points négatifs : Nothing, there were plenty of dining options within just a 5-10 min walk and a grocery store right around the corner. To top it off, it also was a two minute walk to the metro or bus.

Fabulous to stay here

Points positifs : Wonderful location. It was fabulous and lovely to stay here. Clearance and facility were all perfect! There are few popular restaurants around here on foot. i wish i could go again if i have chance to tour the Paris. Host was very nice woman. Flat is for 2 adults and one kid
