Parfait cosy et pratique

Points positifs : Emplacement excellent A deux pas du métro, restaurants et épicerie a proximité immédiate. Calme même si la salle de bain des voisins qui jouxte la chambre n est pas insonorisée. La voisine chante très bien 😂 et a des heures raisonnables

Logement très fonctionnel et propre

Points positifs : L'accès à la cour intérieure avec une petite table et chaises Appartement très propre L'agencement est vraiment sympa Immeuble calme avec accès facile à la gare Montparnasse

Points négatifs : RAS

Points positifs : Très calme, en arrière cour, malgré un très bon emplacement sur un grand boulevard très fréquenté. Très confortable, avec une bonne literie et un cabinet de toilette très bien équipé (super douche). Bien équipé (grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière Nespresso avec capsules...)

Points négatifs : Quelques éléments qui mériteraient une rénovation : le calage du frigo, la petite penderie, les fenêtres et volets (que nous n'avons finalement pas utilisés car absents la journée). Manque d'un couteau à pain.

première expérience parisienne réussie

Points positifs : une cour extérieure très sympa; localisation près de la gare, très pratique. une bonne literie; les dosettes café à disposition. le calme des voisins la supérette à coté

Points négatifs : le bruit du métro toutes les 3 secondes qui passe sous le logement un logement mal entretenu : armoire cassée, ventilation démontée, support de douche décelé dommage!

Points positifs : The location is amazing and we loved the patio where we had breakfast every morning. It's cozy and quiet and we had maximum privacy.

Points négatifs : The sound of metro is like a thunder far away, but it really didn't bother us at all. Everything about this place is perfect.

It’s good, very very very small, but for two people it’s okay.

Points positifs : The location and that you have the metro on the corner

Points négatifs : That the metro pass right down the apartment. That they told us to not make noises, while the upstairs make them and at 8 o clock in the morning staff was outside with the construction.

Points positifs : Good location, perfect little apartment that had everything we needed

Points négatifs : The pickaflat platform used was quite complicated and I got a scam message before the stay - thankfully I didn’t respond/send money.

Perfect for a quick stay

Points positifs : I loved the location of the property, obviously it’s not a 5 star hotel but if you’re only going for a small amount of days it was just what we needed.

Points négatifs : The metro passed under so you do hear that but if you’re tired it’s barely noticeable, it’s also near a school area I’m guessing since you hear kids all day. The only real issue I had was the third party website pickaflat got hacked and they kept sending me messages on how they were going to cancel my stay, but aside from that it was okay.

Points positifs : El departamento estaba muy bien, buen equipamiento y excelente confort. Muy buena velocidad de internet, excelente para poder trabajar .

Points négatifs : La calefacción era insuficiente. Mo me pario cortes que cortaran internet el dia del Check out.
