Had a fantastic stay very good location and clean well equipped apartment. Would definitely stay again

Points positifs : Property was very clean fantastic facilities for our group of 4. And the location was great

Points négatifs : Only downside and not a major issue was the rigmarole of getting the keys. Good idea with all the codes if they work !

Points positifs : The host company was very friendly indeed and very easy and responsive on Whatsapp. The apartment was clean and spacious - exactly what we were after. The location was absolutely perfect.

Points positifs : So far the BEST apartment I stayed in in Paris ! Not only about the perfect location, but all the facilities, services and equipments provided by Habitat Parisien ! The apartment is brand new and so beautifully designed, I felt at home. Big mention to the qualitative linen and towels provided ! I will definitely book it again, especially because it’s literally a few meters from Les Galeries Lafayette.

Convenient stay!

Points positifs : Good location & very near the Metro & shopping. I needed 2 bathrooms for 6 of us. It was very convenient also to have a washer/dryer! The master bathroom was a very good size!!!

Points négatifs : The water pressure in the 2nd shower was not so good. The shampoo/shower gel provided wasn’t great either. Not enough for 6pax for 5 days & it didn’t lather well. The carpets were old & so were some cushions & made it feel kinda dusty & dirty. The floorboards were also creaky & the walls were thin. We could hear the little kid next door pounding up & down their apartment till quite late. Once the sofa bed is opened up, space was a bit tight for 6 persons.

Points positifs : Ganz tolle Wohnung und super Service, super Anbindung.

Points négatifs : Es war schon jetzt im Frühling sehr warm in der Wohnung. Jetzt im Frühling kein Problem mit Lüften in den Innenhof. Es gibt auch in allen Zimmern Ventilatoren zum Anstecken.

Points positifs : Amplio, limpio y muy buena localización. Decoración bonita y se veía todo muy cuidado. Cocina bastante completa. Volvería sin duda

Breathtakingly gorgeous, beautifully appointed and meticulously clean

Points positifs : We stayed with Habitat Parisien in July 2024 in one of their two bedroom apartments. It was absolutely lovely! The apartment was breathtakingly gorgeous, beautifully appointed and meticulously clean. We had so much space! And having a kitchen and washing machine was a huge bonus, especially traveling as a family. The location was lovely. We were near shopping, excellent dining and several metro stations. A great home base for exploring the city. The building has a major renovation going on, I wasn’t expecting that when booking, but it was not disruptive to our stay or ability to rest. The staff was easy to communicate with via What’s App and text, also very kind and professional. I would highly recommend Habitat Parisien and stay at one of their properties again.

Points négatifs : One day the water had to be turned off due to a leak. We were unable to do much in the apartment that morning, but thankfully had showered the night before- so it was a minor inconvenience. However, because the leak was in the apartment above us, the staff reached out to us that they’d need to enter the apartment while we were not there to inspect the ceiling. That was unexpected, and a little worrisome, but when we returned all was well and clearly none of our belongings had been touched. All understandable for a building undergoing major renovations.
