Points positifs : The location was perfect for sightseeing and the flat was new, modern, clean and comfortable. Also, when I didn't know how to use the washing machine, they responded quickly. The owner's response was quick and I felt at ease. It's close to the Opera House and Galeries Lafayette, and convenient for shopping. There are also cafes and restaurants, and the road in front of the flat is wide, so it's easy to stop a taxi. I had a great time living in the beautiful streets of Paris.

Points négatifs : The only disappointing thing was that the shower booth only had a half-screen, so every time I took a shower, water would splash onto the bathroom floor and I had to wipe it up. Also, although there was a washing machine, it didn't have a drying function, so in the winter I couldn't dry all my laundry, which was a problem. Also, since the location is good, it can't be helped, but there is noise from the subway and vibrations. You can hear people talking outside at night. However, since the location is good, it can't be helped.

Points positifs : Great location: minutes walk to the metro, bus stop, shopping center, grocery store. Very modern and elegant: grand entrance, air conditioner in every room, great kitchen appliances.

Points négatifs : Noise from the metro and plumbing within the building was annoying at first, but you get used to it.

Parisin merkezinde muhteşem bir ev ❤️

Points positifs : Oldukça merkezi konumda olan bir evdi. Genel olarak görülecek yerler oldukça yakın metro durağı yürüyerek3- 5 dakika mesefede idi. Ev çok konforluydu iki ayrı oda bir banyosu vardı salonda bir adet kanepe ve açık mutfak vardı. İhtiyaç duyacağınız her şey mevcut. Genel olarak biz çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ediyoruz ❤️
