Points positifs : Très bien situé au centre de Paris :transports ,visites de quartiers ayant gardé une identité ,proche des musées ( Arts et Métiers -Cognacq-Jay-Picasso- Archives Nationales ,etc...,) - Des salles de spectacles (Gymnase de Paris -le Mélo d'Amélie ...) ambiance bon enfant du quartier -Proximité des commerces à des prix raisonnables La propriétaire qui répond à nos demandes -Un grand et immense merci pour nous avoir laisser l'autorisation de laisser nos bagages avant notre départ ,cela nous a permis de découvrir des faces cachées de Paname De plus ,l'appartement se situe dans un environnement calme lion des bruits ambiants de la rue Réaumur. A recommander sans problème Merci Marie car nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux

Points négatifs : Ce sont des points d'amélioration : Revoir certains outils comme le balai dont le manche est cassé -Idem l'aspirateur qui ne tient plus du fait des points de fixation inopérants- la visibilité pour ouvrir le boîtier pour accéder à la clef surtout quand on est à la limite de la mal voyance,-

Points positifs : The host was very nice and allowed me to change the dates of the stay with no charge. The apartment is very clean and made with care, while the location is excellent.

Points positifs : Clean, the location is amazing, everything works properly!

Points négatifs : A little bit smaller than in the photo. But it's okay:)

Quiet studio in the hearth of Paris

Points positifs : Very nice and functional studio that has everything a couple or solo traveler could need. Very quiet and just few steps from a well connected metro station, everything ran smooth with Marie I appreciate the clear instructions and flexibility I totally recommend

Excellent small accommodation in the beautiful Marais

Points positifs : Central location. Clean and compact. Excellent communication.

Points positifs : The location was amazing. Very nice neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes and markets. The studio was great, good size for a couple and had everything that I need.

Points négatifs : It’s an old building so the floor is a bit noise and you can hear the stairs outside but honestly that didn’t bother me at all. We had such a great time.

Perfect for a short stay with all you need. Beautiful streets just outside the door.

Points positifs : It was perfectly located by Le Marais and close to so many things! Perfect for one person. Good hot water in the shower and good heating. Nicely cleaned and made ready for me to stay there. Good communication with the host. Even she only spoke french it worked out fine over chat.

Points négatifs : No kitchen fan or lights by the kitchen. And it was very cold when I arrived and took at least 24h for it to be okay to stay there without freezing haha. Also quite much squeaking in the floor by the kitchen. Plus you can hear the neighbors very much. But it worked out well and for me just felt like I wasnt alone (in a good way) as i could lock my door nicely. + Missing some kitchen tools.

Points positifs : La ubicación excelente. Las instrucciones para ingresar, muy claras

Points négatifs : Un poco oscura el área de la cocina

Points positifs : A localização é ótima! A anfitriã foi muito rápida e eficiente em resolver nossos problemas de internet

Points négatifs : A acomodação tinha um espaço pequeno e a mesa colocada lá deixou a área livre para colocar bagagem bem restrita

Points positifs : Lokalizacja super. Do metra blisko, można nawet przejść Paryż na piechotę jeśli się chce :). W mieszkaniu były wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia (suszarka do włosów, żelazko, mikrofala, WiFi itp.)

Points négatifs : Jedyne okno w mieszkaniu wychodzi na dziedziniec kamienicy, przez co nie ma w nim zbyt dużo światła w ciągu dnia. Trochę ciężko się wstaje :)
