HIGHSTAY - Luxury Serviced Apartments - North Marais 2

Points positifs : Appartement très agréable, très bien décoré et équipé. Il est particulierement bien situé pour visiter Paris, car tres central et proche du Metro.. Bonne literie et confort en general. Café et Thé.de bonne qualité à disposition.

Points négatifs : Le ménage n avait pas été fait correctement sur le sol du salon à notre arrivée. Difficulté aussi pour ouvrir le canapé lit (pas de.notice explicative). Par contre des que nous avons contacté Highstay sur ces 2 sujets, ils ont fait intervenir quelqu un qui a résolu très rapidement les deux problèmes..Merci pour leur réactivité et professionnalisme.

L’appartement est magnifique et luxueux.

Points positifs : L’appartement est magnifique et très luxueux. Décoré avec goût, il propose café, thé, eaux gazeuses et plates + collations pour accueillir ses convives, vraiment très appréciable. De plus, un service de nettoyage vient tous les jours👍🏻 Il n’y a personne pour accueillir, mais le système avec les codes transmis fonctionne très bien et la communication par téléphone et e-mail était très efficace et agréable.

Points négatifs : Mini salle de bain dans laquelle une seule personne peut se trouver à la fois, mais la jolie douche et les beaux produits Aesop rattrapent ceci. Lumière verte sortie de secours un peu gênante pour la personne qui a dormi dans le salon. Sinon tout était parfait!!!

Points positifs : The apartment we stayed in was amazing. It was beautiful inside and finished to the highest standard and included everything you needed for your stay. Do not hesitate to book. The location is also fantastic , Marais has everything you need and is a fun, hip district with great shops and vibe.

Points négatifs : Nothing it was perfect. I travelled with my 15 and 6 year old and they loved it too 🫶

Expensive but a quality apartment!

Points positifs : Everything was great! And it was well equipped: wish I’d figured that out before hand! Would have saved me bringing dishwasher tablet or washing machine tablets

Points négatifs : 2 amazing en suite double bedrooms, but only one single toilet… would have been nice to have body cream too :)

Points positifs : Amazing, well-equipped, secure apartment in a really good location. We didn't need to contact the team during our stay but the offer was there if anything was needed.

Points positifs : Beautiful and stylish apartment, very comfortable and perfect location. Kind, helpful and prompt service from Highstay, great local restaurant recommendations and lovely cleaner.

Loved this beautiful place

Points positifs : Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment. Multiple levels of security and staff are incredibly responsive on whatsapp. They checked on us daily to offer assistance. Room serviced every day and coffee replenished. Had everything you could need and was beautiful. We recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Points négatifs : Long hanging for clothes is only improvement

Points positifs : Excellent location, amazing apartment, great size and style along with unexpected daily cleaning The neighbourhood feels very lived in unlike other more touristy parts of Paris. Amazing restaurants nearby with great vibes.
