Paris Louvre

Excellent location...with several stairs.

Points positifs : -Top location, in the centre of Paris, 10min from the Louvre. Safe and secure. We walked almost everywhere as most landmarks are at your doorstep. -Very responsive owner. Friendly, French lady showed us in. -All services nearby (boulangerie, supermarket, Metro, etc) -Well-fitted kitchen (we only had breakfast), spacious living/dining area with sofa and TV. -Sleeping: a blackout curtain leads you to a good size bedroom with a single bed (2 mattresses), ample storage. From there, a wooden ladder takes you up to a floating mezzanine, where a double-bed is. -Tastefully decorated and very clean. -Good value for money, based on location and space.

Points négatifs : -Quirky, old, narrow stairs: 3 flights of stairs to access the front door of the flat (landings have some loose tiles), 1 internal, steep, very narrow staircase to access living areas. This has a hatch door that, when closed, becomes the kitchen floor. Challenging for people with mobility issues, young kids, heavy suitcases. -Double-bed on mezzanine: low head height, only accessed by a wooden ladder. To avoid 'navigating' the tricky ladder at night (to get to the toilet), we slept downstairs. Not ideal...maybe there could be a double bed downstairs/two single beds. -Bathroom: window could do with full privacy film/glass (only has 50%). We could see the neighbours... The shower door opens only partially as hit hits the toilet, so you need to get into the shower sideways.

The perfect place to have a rest

Points positifs : Best location - everything we needed was pretty close: supermarkets, mall, subway and RER stations, lots of cafe and interesting places. Apartments are cozy and comfortable.

Points négatifs : We arrived too early and had to wait some time for the apartments to be prepared.

Would definitely stay here again - we loved the apartment and host was lovely also

Points positifs : Perfect location. Neat, clean and fresh apartment. Felt like a home - had everything we could need. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores.

Points négatifs : If stairs are not your thing then this is not for you - but we had no problem at all with them

A cozy mansard in the heart of Paris

Points positifs : This mansard is very cozy and warm at the cold time of the year - it is energy efficient and the zoning was great. The bath is nice and warm and the beds were also comfortable . The windows , especially the upper one , blocked the noise perfectly . A lot of handy things in the kitchen

Points négatifs : Just a suggestion - the old wood in the upper part with the double bed was waxed or covered with some sticky substance that collected all the dust on it. Maybe there might be some top Layer that would seal up the wood and make it less sticky …

Points positifs : Top location right in the center of Paris, a super cozy apartment and a very nice landlady. In short: great for a city trip to Paris!

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung in guter Lage

Points positifs : Eine außergewöhnliche Wohnung, die genug Platz für drei Personen bietet. Sehr sauber! Hübsch, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig ausgestattet und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Vermieterin beantwortet Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es führt eine sehr enge Treppe in die Wohnung. Deshalb sollten die einzelnen Gepäckstücke nicht zu groß und schwer sein.

Superb location but quite the climb to get in and out. Great hostess.

Points positifs : Host was very responsive. She had a house keeper meet us at the location and show us the apartment etc. The apartment is in a great area central to all major sites in Paris. We walked to the Louvre, the Champs-Elyse, The Eiffel Tower, Musee D'Orsay. Then in the other direction, to the latin quarter, Notre Dame etc. It's also very close to a main train station, shops, restaurants, grocery stores- everything you need. Granted, we are big walkers and so walked 5+miles a day :)

Points négatifs : You should know that you have to climb three flights of steep narrow stairs (very hard with a suitcase) to get to the door. Once you open the door you climb another set of stairs through a large \

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung

Points positifs : Die Lage, die Ausstattung und der Charme der Wohnung sind super. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Anbieterin hat hervorragend geklappt.

Points négatifs : Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind sehr beschwerlich. Für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht machbar.

地點方便乾淨整潔但冇電梯

Points positifs : 住宿設備好齊全，整體乾淨整潔舒適。屋主會一早以短訊聯絡，交代清楚點入大門，仲會親自嚟weclome我地，買咗曲奇同水同飲品俾我哋，可以預先放行李，走果日仲俾我哋延遲退房，溝通非常良好。地點好方便，一落樓條街好多食肆，再夜都有嘢食，好熱鬧但唔會嘈到上樓，屋內好安靜。同羅浮宮好近，大約十至十五分鐘路程。同地鐵站都好近，去邊都算方便。

Points négatifs : 冇電梯，而且上樓要行3條又窄又長嘅樓梯，最後到門口都仲有一條樓梯先到廳同房，所以換言之要搬行李上4層樓梯，行動不便者應該住唔到。另外佢設計係入門上完樓梯要用蓋蓋起佢，咁用廚房果陣有返果地板先會安全，唔係會驚跌落樓梯。

Points positifs : Bem localizado. Espaçoso. Bem próximo ao metrô. Fica numa quadra com restaurantes, padaria/confeitaria e mercado. Local bonito e seguro.
