Great apartment and location for family of 5 for 4 nights.

Points positifs : The property was nicely decorated and had everything you need for a short stay. Great for family of 5 (3 x teenagers). Two bathrooms was particularly handy. Hosts/Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Location was also great, easy walk or train ride to many attractions.

Points négatifs : Rooms were quite small (but expected in Paris). Two flights of stairs (particularly narrow on one side), but we were aware of stairs when booking, so ok. Otherwise, suited our family well for 4 night stay. Dishwasher wasn’t working whilst we were there but hosts were onto it same day, unfortunately it still didn’t work after repair but this didnt really disrupt our stay.

Points positifs : First time in Paris, so I can’t compare the property to any others. That said the rooms we’re comfortable and the aesthetic was very Paris. The location is great with the Rue Montorguiel pedestrian road a block away. Had a great stay.

Wonderful apartment my family loved it, especially the bed up the stairs although it is low ceiling for adults the child

Points positifs : The property was lovely, furnished well and beds were super comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!

Points négatifs : Did not think about the traditional Parisian 2 flight of stairs for my 80 year old mother but she managed them. Only negative is that later in the evening we could have done with heating the room up a little but was warm enough in bed!

It was sufficent, perfect choice for our purpose, businesstrip with team.

Points positifs : The bedrooms and the bathrooms felt fresh and tidy. Beds were well prepared, like in a hotel. The location was perfect for our stay, central with good connections everywhere. Very nice restaurants near by. We needed smooth RER train connection from Les Halles, it worked very well.

Points négatifs : Otherwise furniture in the main sittingroom / diningroom felt worn, not very inviting. Especially the sofa was quite shabby.
