Points positifs : L'appartement est vraiment très bien, bien équipé et très propre. C'est parfait. De plus il est très bien situé par rapport à la gare Montparnasse. Nous sommes très ravis de notre séjour.

Nice apartment with free coffee

Points positifs : The apartment had everything we need and free coffee as well which was very nice. It’s near a bus, train and metro station with a lot of restos nearby. The host was so friendly and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend 😀

Fantastic host + Well-connected and safe location

Points positifs : The apartment is conveniently located next to Gare de Montparnasse, ensuring easy mobility across Paris—even late at night—while also being in a very safe neighborhood. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the host's attentiveness. Upon booking, we received clear and detailed instructions on retrieving the keys (from a nearby hotel) and accessing the apartment, along with troubleshooting guidance—though we never encountered any issues. The apartment was well-equipped with fresh towels, bed and sofa-bed linens, and all necessary kitchenware. The kitchen itself was a great feature, making meal prep easy. The space was spotless, and despite being a group of five, we found it very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Points négatifs : One thing to note—perhaps a cultural difference—is that the toilet is located only in the smaller of the two bathrooms, which may be less convenient, especially for women.

Points positifs : Hay dos cosas en las que me quiero referir que son las cosas que marcan la diferencia en una estancia: primero, el anfitrión, Olivier siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estadía, de nuestra comodidad y necesidades, eso se agradece y lo segundo, la ubicación del departamento, a pasos de 2 estaciones de metro, una FALGUIÉRE línea 12 y de MONTPARNASSE lugar de combinación perfecta para moverte en transporte publico por todo Paris. El resto muy bien, el departamento muy cómodo, bien calefaccionado, tiene de todo para estar allí, no le falta absolutamente nada. Viajamos en familia y todo perfecto. Barrio tranquilo. Distrito XV. Nada más dar las gracias por el servicio.
