Appartement très pratique en centre-ville

Points positifs : Parking compris dans la location, conforme aux photos : grand et spacieux, localisation

Points négatifs : L'accès au parking ne fonctionnait pas d'après les instructions reçues, le premier accès à l'appartement peut être difficile si personne n'est là à la réception. Une deuxième clé pourrait être utile, surtout que l'appartement peut accueillir 7 personnes.

Points positifs : This big and spacious apartment near the Montparnasse station was perfect for our group of five. It was really comfortable for all of us. The apartment is also close to grocery stores, bakeries, bus stops, and metro stations. The only thing missing in the fully equipped kitchen was some basic stuff like salt and pepper.

Points négatifs : The parking situation here is weird. We were planning to leave the apartment at 4 am, but we asked about it and they said there might not be anyone to open the parking gate that early. So, they suggested we drive out in the evening and park outside.

Our Stay at Joia Apartment in Paris.

Points positifs : The location was great and convenient. Easily accessible.

Points négatifs : They're only 1 toilet for a family of 5 adults and also only 1 roll of toilet paper. Could have provided a few more as it doesn't make sense for us to buy a 24 rolls pack. Also if there are some small packs of jam and butter because we could not buy a jar each and use less than half as nobody will want to take it. Some packets of coffee and tea to make the welcome a bit more special. Just a suggestion.

Prettige woning in een praktische omgeving.

Points positifs : De plek was fantastisch, dicht bij bushaltes en metro. Ook dicht bij een supermarkt en andere winkels. Je kan je auto in een prive garage gratis parkeren

Points négatifs : Het ophalen van de sleutels. Was niet bekend waar de voordeur was van de woonaccomedatie om de sleutel en tag voor het parkeren te verkrijgen. De host was wel heel erg behulpzaam om ons de directeren. In 1 douche liep het water heel langzaam af. Niet elke slaapkamer had een ventilator.

Points positifs : Das der Check out um 11:00 Uhr war, statt bei den meisten Wohnungen um 10:00 Uhr schon ist. Die Freundlichkeit von der Gastgeberin.

Points négatifs : Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

een prachtig appartement maar in de warme zomermaanden wel te warm

Points positifs : Het appartement is prachtig ingericht, schoon (!) en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heeft drie douches en een mooi balkon (wel smal).

Points négatifs : Doordat de bedden aan de korte kant voor ons zijn (1.80 lang) én het enorm warm in het appartement was hebben wij twee nachten slecht geslapen. Een waaier of airco was tijdens deze warme zomerdagen fijn geweest.
