Points positifs : Tout aimé, l'emplacement à 100 mètres du métro qui nous amène au centre de Paris en 12 minutes, le quartier animé et calme en soirée, la boulangerie au coin. Un excellent appartement tout y est pour cuisiner, lit très confortable.

Points positifs : Nice, clean, comfortable and homely apartment in the east end of rue de Belleville. Good mattress, hot shower, and the kitchen has all you would need for a short stay.

Points positifs : We loved being in a Community not just a tourist area. Public Metro transport was good and at one station near us there was a lift for all but one floor which made it much easier. Local shops and patisserie were amazing and we loved a meal at Sakura Japanese. Our host was responsive and had his property set up with all amenities. Note it was on the second floor but had a lovely view over the garden. Windows opened so we could have fresh air. It was very secure and very quiet which we loved. My mum had the main bedroom but it worked well with me on sofa bed which was really easy to fold out.

Points positifs : The apartment exceeded my expectations. The owner Gianfranco is extremely kind. The location is great. There is a small Italian restaurant nearby that offers delicious food. There are 2 bakeries in the immediate vicinity, as well as a supermarket about 300 meters away. The nearest metro station is also no more than 5 minuries away. The neighborhood is quiet, so are the neighbors. The apartment is fully equipped with household appliances. We loved the place and would stay there again if we had chance.

Great stay in Paris

Points positifs : Location, it is easy to go to the Center using Metro line 11. Host is very kind and is contacting you before you arrive. Clean and comfortable apartment that had everything that we have needed.

Points négatifs : Long instruction however it is necessary to deal with the apartment settings before or after you are in.

Schöne feine gut ausgestattete 2 Zimmer Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Points positifs : Eine kleine schön eingerichtete Wohnung, hier leben echte Menschen und nicht nur zeitgeistige Raumausstatter. Es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir haben die Nähe zur Metro, zu Bussen, zur Tram und das sehr lebendige Jourdain Viertel sehr geschätzt.

Points positifs : El apartamento tiene de todo, super completo, hasta zapatillas en el recibidor. El propietario está atento a los mensajes y responde siempre. Todo está limpio, lo que te hace sentir como en casa. Las camas son cómodas. El metro está muy cerca y te lleva al centro en 15-20 min.

Points négatifs : Lo único que nos costaba después de un largo día fuera, era tener que subir dos pisos de escaleras, pero ya lo sabíamos antes de ir.

Points positifs : Bardzo przytulne i wygodne mieszkanie z widokiem na cudowne, zielone podwórko. W mieszkaniu wszystko co jest potrzebne, apteczka, kosmetyki, żelazko, zaopatrzenie kuchni. Okolica spokojna, cicha, z daleka od tłumu turystów - co nam odpowiadało, jednocześnie blisko linii metra, która dojeżdża do centrum. Obok piekarnie, kawiarnie, apteka, sklepy. Gospodarz zostawił nam wino i upewniał się, czy wszystko ok. Bardzo dziękujemy!
