Points positifs : Very sweet host. It was a comfortable stay. Metro is at walking distance. Nice Indian restaurant nearby and several grocery stores as well. It is Good for families who do not wish to stay at the central Paris location and would like some peace and quiet when they get back at the stay at end of day.

A week in Paris

Points positifs : Good location in quiet area. Close to two metro stations for easy access into tourist spots. Several small supermarkets and eating places also close by which are open late. The apartment has all you need with two double bedrooms with comfortable beds and great shower with plenty of hot water

Points négatifs : Just that the apartment is on the 8th floor which is not a problem in itself, but during our stay the lift was not working. If you can handle the 8 flights of stairs each day, don't let it put you off this apartment.

Points positifs : Struttura accogliente, vicina alla fermata della metropolitana (Telegraph). Il proprietario molto disponibile e simpatico. Il fatto di poter comunicare in inglese ha migliorato il nostro soggiorno,dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e utili.

Points négatifs : La pulizia della struttura non è stata del tutto soddisfacente. Si può migliorare.

Отличные апартаменты, очень доброжелательный хозяин.

Points positifs : В этом варианте проживания было несколько очень приятных неожиданностей. Большая, светлая и чистая квартира, две изолированных спальни, полностью оборудованная кухня с микроволновкой и духовкой. Раздельный санузел, хорошо работающая сантехника. Теплые одеяла (в январе это важно), дополнительные подушки. Трем взрослым и двум детям было очень комфортно. Несмотря на то, что 20 округ часто вызывает не самые лестные отзывы, нам очень понравился и район проживания. Двор закрытый, вход по ключу. Прилегающие улицы чистые, в шаговой доступности несколько магазинов и три станции метро. Очень отзывчивый, любезный хозяин, созвонились о передаче ключей, ответил на все вопросы, все подсказал, помог с информацией. Отъезд также не вызвал никаких сложностей. Если вы путешествуете семьей с детьми, лучший вариант найти будет трудно.

Points négatifs : Во время нашего пребывания был очень сильный ветер, и наружные ставни ночью производили довольно много шума. Не знаю, можно ли это как-то исправить.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo!

Points positifs : Siamo stati benissimo, casa grande con tutto ciò che serve. Vicino alla metro, su una strada tranquilla con negozi e ristoranti. Il proprietario gentile e disponibilissimo anche sugli orari.

Points négatifs : Non ho trovato difetti nella struttura

Comodo e bel quartiere

Points positifs : Bellissimo quartiere, comodo appartamento per famiglia fino a 6 persone adulte. Non manca nulla per una famiglia

Points positifs : La struttura era comoda e accogliente, ognuno aveva i suoi spazi. Punto strategico anche se fuori dal centro con fermata della Metro 5 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.
