Points positifs : It was a very modern, nicely refitted and spacious apartment to a family of 5, with 3 bedrooms in a location only walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The team managing the apartment was very responsive and made everything very easy for us, from check-in to check-out.

Points négatifs : Wasn’t really expecting it but would be nice to have some very basic cooking ingredients - oil, salt and pepper, necessary for short stay.

Points positifs : Location and staff were top notch. Maybe one of the cleanest places we have stayed.

The flat itself had a high end feeling and very clean with modern finishes.

Points positifs : The flat itself is very large with really nice finishes. Towels, all modern clean bedding, bathrooms, kitchen. It was fantastic for our family of 7. We were very happy with the flat. The block has a view of the Eiffel tour which is amazing. There is a good restaurant right at the top of the block and 2 blocks away there is a main street with a ton of restaurants and bakeries. It's close walking distance to Arc du Triomphe, Champs Elysees and 15 min to Eiffel tower. There are metro stations close by as well. The block is nice and quiet, with only really an embassy where sometimes people are in line.

Points négatifs : There are stairs and a tiny 2 person elevator. We were on the 2nd floor so that didn't bother us but if you have someone with limited mobility I would talk to them directly before booking. The building it's in is fine, nothing interesting about the building itself.

Amazing views, great location, super clean

Points positifs : The property was beautiful, clean and great location. Loved that when we walked out of the apartment and see the Eiffel Tower. Great walking distance to restaurants. We arrived early we were met by the host we were able to drop our suitcases off while the cleaning staff finished. Host is so accommodating. If you are coming to Paris definitely stay here

Points négatifs : There wasn’t anything we didn’t like it was amazing

Points positifs : Прекрасное расположение квартиры, удобное, чистое и просторное жилье. Хорошие кровати.

Points négatifs : Все было чисто, кроме джакузи. Шумновато. Большие проблемы с коммуникацией внутри компании. По много раз разные люди задавали одни и те же вопросы и сообщали противоречивую информацию.

Amazing central Paris location

Points positifs : Big size, all amenities for family with little kids, comfortable beds, handy toiletries, top location, solid communication

Points négatifs : Jakuzi and hammam use should be better explained, didn’t work for us, but overall didn’t spoil anything, the apartment was amazing

Ótima opção para famílias com filhos.

Points positifs : Apartamento é muito confortável, localização é ótima. Muito perto da torre, lugar bom para caminhadas, com mercados pequenos nas redondezas. O apartamento é espaçoso, inclusive os espaços de banho.

Points négatifs : Elevador é sempre um ponto difícil em prédios europeus. A porta de acesso à área do elevador esteve trancada por algumas vezes, e precisou ser contornada pelo acesso das escadas, indo ao segundo andar e voltando ao primeiro (por causa de malas e uso necessário do elevador.

The best location, the best apartment! We will be back.
