Très bel appartement vue sur la Tour Eiffel
Points positifs : La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est tout simplement géniale. La superficie de l’appartement permet de ne pas se marcher dessus. Appartement décoré avec goût . Cuisine fonctionnelle . Petite salle de bain et WC séparé. Chambre avec TV. Literie impeccable. Salon très agréable avec ces 2 ´ banquettes’ . Coin salle déjeuner très agréable . Appartement proche des restaurants et du métro.petite supérette au bas de l’immeuble bien pratique.
Points négatifs : Un seul ventilateur ne suffit pas pendant ces fortes chaleurs.

Le meilleur endroit où séjourner
Points positifs : This apartment (flat) was like living in your own home, relaxed, clean & spacious and with that indisputable view. Location is also fantastic with various Metro lines within 5 mins walk, you can access anywhere in Paris and beyond easily. Also nearby are great restaurants with a variety of excellent foods to suit all pallets. Plus it is situated in a quiet street, rue tranquille, to further add to the chill factor. Gaining initial access and keys, was simple & the personnelle so pleasant and explained everything very clearly. Whether your stay is only for a couple of days or a week or two, you will find this a feature amongst all things de Paris.
Points négatifs : Only one thing, having to leave as our stay had ended.

Gorgeous Parisian apartment with SUPERB view.
Points positifs : We LOVED our stay at this apartment. THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW! We spent every moment mesmerised by how amazing the view was - not just of the Eiffel Tower, but also the Sacre Coeur in the distance too. A typical Parisian apartment with a gorgeous terrace to match - however unlike some other Paris apartments i've stayed in this one was very spacious with generous living areas and separate dining room. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows & blankets in the cupboard and there is a washer & dryer if you need. Quaint kitchen and Bathroom (and separate toilet), but that was completely ok as it was perfect for the two of us! Location was excellent, a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, Metro Station (no. 9), electric bikes and lovely area with shops & restaurants just behind in Victor Hugo. At £230/night I think it is excellent value for money and would absolutely stay again.
Points négatifs : Not a big downside, but something to be mindful of - there were no wine glasses or water glasses you are allowed to use, you are only allowed to use the mugs provided (champagne in Paris...in a mug?!). The owners have 'do not touch' on so many cupboards filled with amenities (like wine glasses and champagne flutes) but you have to ask to use them and be very careful... Also the apartment was advertised as having toiletries, but it did not, however there is a little convenience store and pharmacy on the corner that has all you need so it was no issue.

Beautiful apartment in a great location that exceeded our expectations!!
Points positifs : Loved the location, we were met by our host who handed us the keys! The place has a beautiful balcony with stunning views in of the Eiffel Tower. Plenty is cafes, restaurants nearby, even little markets for essentials.

Points positifs : Great location and roomy for a Paris apartment. A great view of the Eiffel Tower had an outdoor terrace that was very nice.

Great view!
Points positifs : Great central location near a lot of attractions and several Metro stations. Beautiful balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. Large living room.
Points négatifs : Lift was broken for two days, so long walk up 6 flights of stairs. Small kitchen and bathroom (based on American standards) and no shampoo or bath soap in the shower.
