Points positifs : La localisation est vraiment top, près des deux lignes de métro 5 et 1, quartier sympa avec toutes commodités. Appartement propre, salle de bain impeccable. Cuisine bien équipée.
Points négatifs : Le bruit/ vibrations liées au passage du métro (studio situé en RDC) mais des bouchons d’oreille la nuit ont fait l’affaire…

Great location and service in a tiny space.
Points positifs : Excellent location: the metro stop is on the same block, and the neighborhood in general is one of the top ones in Paris. Also, the communication with the owner was wonderful. He/she made sure we had arrived well the first day. They also let you leave your bags before/after your stay at their management offices. Another plus is that a new specialty coffee shop just opened next door and they make exquisite pastries, which is a huge benefit to wake up next to (and the smell ia delicious).
Points négatifs : Quite noisy (there were cleaners out at 6am talking super loud right outside the door, I had to go out and tell them to be quite. Also, you can hear everything that's hapenning inside the complex and out the street). It was also slightly (just barely) dirty: but for a picky traveler you could find dust on the edges and underneath the garbage bins. As in the photos, the bed is a sofabed, so the apt in general is super super tiny (but the bed is surprisingly not unconfortable). I would just find a way to dim the oven light, because it's super bright once the lights are turned off and you're trying to go to sleep (it'll be right in front of you).

Points négatifs : Podrían proveer productos básicos para la cocina (sal, aceite). De noche se escucha mucho ruido proveniente del bar de afuera

Points positifs : Very good location , 5 minutes walk to two metros Bastille and Chemin Vert . 5 minutes walk to Place Vosges . Good selection of good places to eat and a very good Boulanger one block away . Portable electric heater for cold nights .
Points négatifs : Not an appropriate place for your clothes if you are there for 10 days . Could be good to have Mode d’emploi booklet to use stove and oven .

BIG thumbs up on my stay!
Points positifs : Location was more than perfect. First night it was cold in the room, and told the owners. Next day they came and got me a heater, BRAND NEW! I have to say, the genuine help and convos way something I really did appreciate.
Points négatifs : nothing!

Dieses Studio erfüllt alle Funktionalitäten für eine aktive Paris Visite einer Einzelperson sehr gut
Points positifs : Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sehr nahe zu 2 Linien Metro und Bus. Sehr schönes Paris Viertel Le Marais. Studio sehr klein, aber ganz neu und modern ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Küchenausstattung perfekt und nützlich.
Points négatifs : Kein Schrankraum vorhanden, da insgesamt nur 12 Quadratmeter Gesamtfläche.

Perfekte Lage und sehr geeignet für einen Städtetrip, gerne wieder!
Points positifs : Die Lage war super und die Ausstattung insgesamt gut, die Einrichtung war sehr modern designed!
Points négatifs : Die Fernbedienung war leider nicht da.
