Wonderful facilities incredible location, we had a great stay and I can’t wait to stay here next time I visit Paris!

Points positifs : We loved the rooms and the facilities 2 bathrooms and space for everyone. The location is incredible right in the best spot in the Latin quarter. Great restaurants and bars and the most amazing crepes right outside our door!

Points négatifs : The living space was compact but perfect for 4 nights

Points positifs : Liked the fact we had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen area and living space were good. Close proximity to good restaurants. Lively area

Points négatifs : Noisy at night sometimes. No lift although we did know this when booking

Points positifs : A brilliant location, right next to the square in a safe and bustling area full of bars, restaurants and cafes. Made full use of happy hour cocktails everywhere including the contrescarpe opposite who did good espresso martinis. The communication from the hosts was excellent. There were some good tips on places to go. Just be sure to double check them as one or two had closed down. We ate french food (Les Bain de Paris) plus Vietnamese (Mouffetard Saigon) Greek (La Crete) and Italian (Quartier Latin). Amazing brunch at Strada and Jozi brunch and the boulangerie next door was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well equipped with cleaning materials, plenty of toilet rolls etc. Tv had Netflix which was a bonus. Not too much noise from the street although we were there during the week not at the weekend. But this is what you’d expect in this great area.

Points négatifs : Be prepared for the steps. If you do not have a level of fitness try somewhere else. The pillows are a little large and hard. There is no natural light in the lounge area of the apartment because of how they’ve had to configure it to get bedrooms in. If anyone is using the bunk room, the blind doesn’t go all the way down and the curtains don’t shut properly. The benefits of the place in terms of location, safety, equipment and host support do outweigh any of these nightly negatives though.

Points positifs : Loved this place. What a find. Excellent and I mean ‘excellent’ location. Really pretty area and very secure access. Host was great throughout the whole booking process and stay. Clean and had a nice layout. Coffee/tea and cleaning products supplied. Washing machine available. Beds comfortable and warm. (Was winter) Suited our family well. Thank you

Points négatifs : Not a complaint but worth noting there are 4 levels of stairs to top floor.

Fantastic base to explore and enjoy Paris

Points positifs : Location excellent. Buzzy neighbourhood and easy to get around.

Points négatifs : Nothing. All was lovely.

Points positifs : Romantic apartment in a beautiful Paris quarter full of local restaurants and night life.

Pleasant stay and staff very responsive.

Points positifs : Size was good for family of 5. Location was good for getting to many metro stations.

Points négatifs : Smell from one of the toilets was unpleasant. Very loud street below. We had to adjust our sleeping arrangements. Would recommend ear plugs and white noise.

Magical getaway on the Rue Mouffetard

Points positifs : A perfect location, comfortable beds and linens. Having two toilets and two showers was a bonus for a group of three. Super comfortable home away from home.

Points négatifs : The window in the bunkbed room would not close completely, so the noise from the busy street below could not be muted in there. Luckily, my mother, who likes to sleep cold, and without her hearing aids, chose that room, so it wasn't a problem for her for sleeping.
