Points positifs : The apartment was clean and warm, which was especially nice after long walks. The bed linen was also clean. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, so it’s easy to cook if needed. The apartment also has an iron, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, which is very convenient. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is very good, and we were satisfied with our stay.

Points négatifs : On the downside, the apartment is quite small. In my opinion, it is comfortable for a maximum of two people. For four people, as stated in the description, the space is too limited and it feels cramped with hardly any room to move around. Also, the dishwashing sponge was dirty and should be replaced.

Маленькая квартирка в аутентичном доме в самом интересной локации Парижа!

Points positifs : Квартира находится в самом оживленном месте Латинского квартала, вокруг много кафе, баров и везде одна молодежь! Просто масса студентов и все веселые, жизнерадостные! Просто очень круто! В квартире же абсолютно тихо, ничего не мешает спокойно отдохнуть. Набор необходимых принадлежностей присутствовал (фен, микроволновка, стиральная машина, посуда). Особо подчеркну аутентичность дома: очень древний и интересный в деталях.

Points négatifs : Очень крутая неудобная лестница на третий этаж, не сильно опрятно внутри, тесновато для троих.
