Appartement 2 pièces avec vue Tour Eiffel

Un séjour et lieu au top avec aucun soucis !!!

Points positifs : Appartement très propre et super bien organisé pour la récupération des clés, une très belle attention à votre arrivée, une belle corbeille pour petit déjeuné, un contact facile par messagerie ou encore en cas de besoin le numéro de téléphone du propriétaire. Appartement très bien situé au centre et proche de métro. Le couchage est au top, pour 4 personnes et très fonctionnel. Très sincèrement à recommander, en ce qui nous concerne on garde précieusement l'adresse pour notre prochain séjour sur Paris... Merci au propriétaire de mettre aussi bien les choses en place pour notre confort, chauffage, propreté, vaisselle, petit déjeuner, serviette de bain, couchage, bref une belle trouvaille. Angelo

Points négatifs : Absence de micro-ondes même petit, ce qui est incompréhensible dans ce type d'appartement+++ La cuisine un peu trop \

Points positifs : The quaint area where the flat is located. Close by to grocery stores, bus stop and metro. Flat is tastefully decorated with everything you need. Loved the arrival basket of goodies which was a welcoming touch 😀

Points positifs : The property was in a great location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The property itself was lovely and clean and had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower!!

Nice and clean, superbly located apartment

Points positifs : An absolutely fantastic location! A 30-minute-walk to the Eiffel Tower, a bus stop right in front of the house - bus goes to the Tower, as well, just a few stops. 2 metro stations and a RER (train) station within a few-minute-walk, too. With RER 22 minutes to Versailles! 2 patisseries a butcher's, 2 restaurants/cafes, 2 supermarkets within a 50-metre-distance. The supermarkets (Carrefour & Lidl) are open every day. Host communicates well in English, keys are easy to collect, the apartment is nice, clean, the bed and sofa comfortable. Host flexible, he let us collect our luggage hours after we had left the apartment, hence, we did not need to bother with a storage!

Points négatifs : Please, note that there is some noise coming from the street, however, the bedroom faces the courtyard (not the street). I slept on the sofa in the living room, with earplugs no issues. Also, the wooden floor of the neighbour living above the apatment, is squeaky, so we could hear them walking around and shifting objects on the floor. Luckily, this noise ceases at around midnight and doesn't usually restart before 8 am. Another issues is the super narrow lift. If you are not fit enough to climb up to the 4th floor and, at the same time, oversized, you virtualy might not be able to squeeze yourself in the lift and get to the apartment! Other than some noise and the narrow lift - no issues, so I can warmly recommend this superbly located nice and clean apartment!

Points positifs : Very nice and comfortable flat. All rooms were stylish and good looking. Everything was clean. In the kitchen we even found some snacks for breakfast.

Lovely apartment in great location

Points positifs : Lovely apartment with exceptional host. Great neighbourhood with a variety of cafes, restaurants, speciality food shops & convenience stores. Easy access by public transport to all the main tourist attractions.

Estupenda

Points positifs : Buena ubicación. Supermercados grandes y tiendas alrededor para poder comprar a cualquier hora. Buena zona. El apartamento muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto y con todas las comodidades. La cocina con lavadora y lavavajillas. La calefacción funciona perfectamente con lo que no pasas nada de frío aunque vayas en nov-dic como fue nuestro caso. Cesta de bienvenida, todo un detalle.

Points négatifs : Sólo eché de menos que la cocina tuviese microondas para calentar la leche por la mañana por ejemplo, pero tal vez ahí no tengan costumbre de utilizarlo.
