bon emplacement assez calme proche métro mais espace vraiment petit pour permettre pause repas
Points positifs : l'emplacement et le matelas bien qu'il s'agisse d'un canapé convertible. Capsules cafés , thé et machine à café
Points négatifs : lieu de retrait des clés un peu loin du lieu d'hébergement. Espace vraiment petit pour permettre de prendre un pdj, un repas le lit étant ouvert

Points positifs : The location is perfect. You're 5min walk from metro, 10min walk to Moulin rouge. And we even walk from this apt to Lafayette gallery 2 days in a row because it takes only 20min. The room was so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Also the amenities were so complete. There are plenty restaurants and bar nearby, it's so alive and worry free. There's even a pastry shop downstairs. Super!

Very good stay. Close to metro. Small but all that’s required.
Points positifs : You pick up the keys approximately 600m away at a 24/7 key drop off. There were no issues with that. A code has to be presented in order to obtain the key.
Points négatifs : Draining issue in the shower. It is slow to drain. No sugar was left for coffee and tea even though it did not have to be provided. The bathroom is very small. This is for max 2 people. Once bed is unfolded there is little space but typical for Paris. Garbage collection is 7am in order to keep the city clean- with windows opens it was loud and like an alarm clock but nothing to worry about (just me being picky).

Points négatifs : Шум по утрам, запах. На первом этаже располагалась булочная с пекарней. Они открывают дверь во внутрь парадной. Очень сильно пахнет выпечкой. И шум начинается в 5 утра. Вечером тихо

Points positifs : Всё было замечательно! Очень атмосферные аппартоменты в очень атмосферном месте. В распоряжении было всё необходимое. Сделан хороший ремонт. На первом этаже булочная с очень вкусной выпечкой. В общем, всем рекомндую!
Points négatifs : Недостатков не нашёл.

Points positifs : It was very clean and furnished. The area wasn't bad and it was well connected thanks to the metro, and near a lot of touristic spots. The bed was very comfortable.
Points négatifs : It was a bit cramped if you kept the bed open, not a lot of space to keep stuff if you stay there for a lot of days.

Если вы любите аромат выпечки 24 часа в сутки и не беспокоитесь от шума за дверью — вам сюда
Points positifs : Удобный диван, кофемашинка с кофе, температура батареи регулируется, стиральная машина (понятные режимы и длительность стирки), все необходимое имеется в апартаментах, улица подсвечивается гирляндами, в 2 минутах от метро, хозяева ненавязчивы с контролем, когда заселился или выселился (бесконтактное заселение)
Points négatifs : Студия максимально маленькая (обратите внимание на ее площадь), мне одной было тесно. Шумно не со стороны достаточно живой улицы, а снизу, там кондитерская и там вовсю кипит производство булок начиная с глубокой ночи (ими пахнет, гремит посуда, дверь не изолирует шум никак, будто она открыта вовсе).

Great location, good for a couple of nights
Points positifs : The studio is well located and just as shown in the pictures.
Points négatifs : The street is a little noisy specially at nights.
